Can you imagine the reflextion from underside of deck lid once its painted! I like how the orange is drawn-in by the chrome. Its like being in a glass house with thousands of mirrors; you don't know where to start or end. The same for Troy's engine bay.IP: Logged

Nope the sparkles were not in the pictures today. We worked on installing steering rack & fitting the P.S. lines, I know exactly what fittings I'll need to hook up the P.S. when final assembly time comes. We came up with what I think wll be the ideal location for the Dry Sump tank & P.S. resovoir. I'll be discussing that with Troy tomorrow. We did some preliminary work on the spot brakes, now we can make the mounting brackets for them while Mark is finishing painting on the car. Then we got some wheels mounted on it so we could put it on the rack & start fitting the exhaust parts. The Pypes mufflers came in today & I gotta tell you that there's one big 3" hole right thru the middle of them. ArchieIP: Logged

Will do. We did get the exhaust welded up just waiting on the SS clamps so we can clamp the mufflers & tips on to it for final fitting. Then we'll be able to send the parts out for plating like we discussed when you were here. Been welding & grinding the welds, still got some more to do..... I also was able to measure for all the Oil Tank lines fittings & mounts & got that all ordered. And we have been doing some fitting on the CAI. ArchieIP: Logged

Archie, when mounting the motor in the bay, I think you mentioned that you have to "notch" the frame for the crank balancer. If this is true, have you tried to use the 5.3 FWD stuff? I noticed from the picture that it looks like GM made a smaller version of the balancer. Again, not sure if it works. RobIP: Logged

Here are some pics of the exhaust. Note that the "Y" pipe is actually functioning as a "H" pipe. When the clamps get in, we'll finish it up before sending it out for HTP coating. And they said you couldn't put a full 3" diameter dual exhaust with "H" pipe, on a Fiero We also put a bunch of stuff together on the front end of the chassis. Lower radiator mount, sway bar etc. but I forgot to take pics of that. Archie------------------ Sig by Custom2M4

I think with all that extra power and weight, you should upgrade those swaybars to these:HHP is Making Sway bars Again! Front and Rear Adjustable Bars quote Originally posted by R Runner: HHP Front Sway Bar Kit: HHP Rear Sway Bar Kit:
I'm sure with those fat tires, this will make it handle like it is on rails. Plus its adjustable. JasonIP: Logged

If the ones I've already purchased don't hold I'll upgrade if needed. At this point I just want the car home. Thanks for the infoIP: Logged
