turning difficulty is deternimed more by wheel offset/scrub radius than tire width.

Yes, we sprayed it on after preping the surface with the POR prep stuff.

To be honest, I bought a 29.99 POS cheap spray gun with the idea that we could just throw it away if we couldn't get it clean enough.

OK, Fine

We trial fitted the modified front crossmember with the new steering rack on it today.

Then we put the old front suspension & rear suspension/cradle back in so it can be rolled around at paint.

We have a little bit of glass work to do on the body parts & it'll be ready to go off to paint.

OMG yes! How could you do that?

A part is a part. IMO, If it fits the bill it doesn't matter where it comes from. Looks to be perfect to me and now your thinking WAY outside the GM box.

Holy Sweet Jesus, Archie, you're in a whole new echelon from when I was up there last!!!

The guys are doing some SWEET ASS glass work, and you're unbelievably detailed in your updates!!

Damn...Just damn!!

What an un-friggin-believable project, with simply astounding results!!

Wow...

What's missing?

the F430 was removed from the mirror, nice and clean.

New 3" tips for 3" exhaust from PYPES are on the way Archie . This may require just a little mod on the tail end Archie.

VTEC power steering?

Love the mounting, though. I was wondering where you'd find to mount a power steering pump.
If that works out as good as I hope, that's one more thing on my to do list.

What is really interesting is I saw this car in person, went for a little ride in it, and it was just set to go for some paint and interior finishing.
Now next time I see it, it will be a differrent same car!
And in this timespan, mine has only succedded in getting bodywork by crash, so mine is also a differrent same car!
