Oh, and for those lucky enough to be going on the wine tour: hehe... here's the link to Eberle's page: http://www.eberlewinery.com/home.html - as far as I know... you'll be greeted with little snacks, a tour of the underground cellars, and whatever else they decide they want to treat you to. -Don't Forget To Rub The Boar's Nose On Your Way In!!!!!! :-D [it makes the wine taste better - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - *edit* oh! and I just got a haircut, so I look delightfully kickass at the moment. wheeee! watch out guys! *happy* [girls, you know how great it feels when you get back from the spa. well, it's like that. I get a haircut, my baby '84 gets an oil change... so we're both feeling refreshed!]

Well I dont think I will make it this time due to lack of $$$. I still have reservations that I have to cancel. I hope to be at the next one. You all should have one in Vegas this winter.
I'll ask... but you do realize that I'm transporting them in a Fiero's trunk... and I think you have some experience with the amount of stuff you can fit in their trunks... right?

Sorry you won't be making it over. You're gonna miss a heckuva show! Start saving now and maybe you can come over for the Coast Run in November. No trophies to win but a lot of good scenery and fun with other Fiero owners.
I'm not even making it myself at this point! Still working on Rie's car. Missed all the convoys. Finally got the interior all together and now working on replacing the alternator. A word of advice to anyone thinking of putting a 3100SFI into your Fiero - Sure, it looks clean if you put the alternator in the stock Fiero location but it sure is a pain if you have to replace it! There is NO WAY to get that big alternator out of that little space! I don't have any way to drop the cradle to get it out so I am seeing if I can remove enough stuff from the engine to make a hole big enough for the alternator to go through. It is not a pretty sight!

Okay, so I finally got the car all put together and the alternator changed... Had to boost it off because I had been playing the radio the entire time I've been working on it. Finally thought we were close to being done and ready to go and looked back and my truck was leaking anti-freeze! Not a big deal except that I was taking the truck to San Simeon while Rie drove the Fiero.
So it's 10:30 at night. I've had 2 hours sleep in the last 50-some hours... So we'll be leaving for San Simeon in the morning I guess. Hope everybody that was going today made it over safely. See you all tomorrow!

This is a picture of my ride. Sorry about the big sun spot in the front but it was really sunny that day.
gah! no! not another fastback!!! awwww man. toopid fastbacks taking over. nooooo... there won't be any notchies left after awhile... *tear* Nice ride, tho.
oh, and btw. I'll prolly get there I dunno, around 2-ish. I have to leave at around 5.30 to go pick my sister up in paso, so I decided to have fun before. lol... I might even bring the beer up today, instead of tomorrow like I was planning.

Me and Malakyt departed at 10:30 am friday. We'll be there soon! hope to see a few of you guys there ... we have a few parts to sell so as we can get back home LOL. arright well i gotta go to mapqwest and get the directions . later. -Skank
We're bringing Rie's notchback... It's actually the opposite of what people usually do. It's an 87 GT but the fastback was taken off and replaced with a notchback. I love fastbacks as well as the next person, but actually the notches look much sportier. The fastbacks look kinda pregnant unless they are chopped. Look at the difference in my T-top with stock top and chop...
well i plan on leaving Santa Clarita today at noon, so i can be there by 5. cant wait to meet all you guys.

Glad to hear everyone else from CA is on the coast this weekend.....I guess I'll just have to run around and play fetch for all the idiots that throw their ball down the lane and want me to send it back up to them. Maybe I'll get to join the run in November.

Hopefully Pokey has already left and is on his way to Salinas. I'll be catching up with him soon and we'll be heading down. Probably won't see us till 8 or later, so we'll be cutting it a little close.
