Just a thank you to all of you who are taking time away from your busy lives to help another fiero guy. |

Let me know how many are flying into Fargo and I can figure out a way to get you to Frazee/Detroit Lakes.IP: Logged |

You can fly to either/or.. Pick a location.
It is a 3-4 hour drive from Minneapolis to Frazee.

In Nick`s last post, keep this in mind...............
We have access to unlimited space for transporting people here, as Nick and I know someone with a Limo service.........
With a little prodding I`m sure he would donate his services if needed.
I also know someone with Dodge Caravans that seat 7.
I own a Dodge Grand Caravan, and if a group is comming to Fargo and needing transportation for the weekend I will let them use it for the weekend.
Let us know if this is needed.
A BIG Thank You to all who have stepped up for this cause.
I know Tyler appreciates it.[This message has been edited by VikingRedBaron (edited 11-05-2009).] IP: Logged |

Thank YOU for helping with transportation services.
We need to find housing for people. Someone mentioned an RV possibly to one of the members over the phone. The hotel I had singled out appeared on the map incorrectly, and is 30 miles away.
I am calling other hotels in Detroit Lakes to get them on board.

Poly suspension anyone? Since we have a body shop, and muscle, there is no reason we can't do poly on the car in the same day.IP: Logged |

They should. Just pack it in a bag, and bring it with. No flammables.. Print this thread, pack it with the intake/valve covers, and toss it in the cargo hold, or try carryon...IP: Logged |

I doubt they would allow it on carry on. I still have to get it to the powder coater. IP: Logged |

I used to fly a lot. I suggest packing it in the check on luggage. They most likely will not have a problem with it being there. They are really starting to limit carry on items by size and content. They may even charge a fee if it is carry on. IP: Logged |

Yes, definitely do yourself a favor and check it. You don't want to risk the banging around through security, nor the questions.IP: Logged |

I have another donation to offer.
Since I have been working the MAP sensor cover for the 2.8, I want to offer one of these with custom engraving.
This is what it looks like
I have this on the drawing board, but will accept any suggestions on the engraving to personalize the project.

If we can get the bulk of fiero Lovers to come in to the Fargo Airport on Friday close to the same time I will provide Limousine pick up and drop off. The only thing is Friday and Saturday night is our bread and butter so we will need to have the limo back to Detroit Lakes for a run in the evening, but no matter what I will find ways to get everyone from Fargo to Detroit Lakes. I dont have time until like 4 o clock today (in Business Law class right now [insert puking smiley]) but I will see what the Budget Host Hotel would do for some rooms I know the normal rate is like 39.00 and I know it isn't the Holiday inn or Hilton, but a good clean warm bed. I know they are good people over there and will help out.

I will be there. I have to pick a car up in NoDak and if everything works out I will have it along in case a part is needed. I'll be looking for a hotel room, if anybody wants to share a room let me know.

Frazee AB/G has donated shop space in town for the rebuild, and has also donated all paint, materials and labor to repaint the car.
They have a large area to work in, a very nice body shop, and room for tables/chairs for refreshments and meals.

Just had 20 hats made. Black over white and white over black. I spent every dollar I had in my pocket and 20 was all I could get. Hopefully there will be enough to give the family some and 1 for everyone helping. http://carphotos.cardomain....3641660018_large.jpg to view the hat.
Big thanks to Bob the manager at "Lids" in the castleton mall, Indianapolis. He charged me nothing for the embroidery (saved $180) so all I had to buy was the hats themselves. Very good people and I will be shopping there in the future. IP: Logged |

The total was 208.00 if anyone feels so inclined to pitch in towards the hats. Not asking, but if you feel like it :-)IP: Logged |

What time? If it's later in the day and you're landing in Fargo, I could possibly give you a lift to a hotel or whatnot. I work until 7 on Thursday...[This message has been edited by BazookaFiero (edited 11-05-2009).] IP: Logged |

I think it should say Tyler's at the top, fiero emblem in the middle, Toy at the bottom, all centered.IP: Logged |

I hate to be picky or ask for to much, but I think the "Fiero GT" logo is sexy the one that is on the windsheild right now. Is that to delicate of a logo to engrave? I am just throwing out an idea I think it looks great right now just throwing it out there.

Yes, my ruff drafting in MasterCam is not very good, but the final product will be spot on. :P
I am very slow in PS or any other drawing editor, so feel free to be creative and maybe I can transfer it to MasterCam.
Thanks.
