So, the fix is in, the dempartie take power forever.
' If you will not fight for the right, when you can easily win without bloodshed, If you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a small chance of survival. There may even be a worse case, you may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves. ' ~ Winston Churchill

[U.S. Air Force] leaks personal records of Republican candidate to a democratic party opposition research firm, just weeks before an election.
She is a black female GOP candidate, so they felt obligated to try to smear her with her personal military records. This is Democratics for you.
I'm sure the leaking was directed from the very top. From the Secretary of Defense himself, if not from "Brandon".
This will be more than enough to convince any jury to acquit Trump, if Trump were to be indicted over the Mara-A-Lago "documents" case and the case then went to trial.
Nobody cares about Mar a Lago, or January 6th, or Russian collusion, or Brittany Spears, or Michael Jackson or the New Coke or the Pet Rock. Are you waiting for paisley shirts and corduroy pants to come back in style, too?
Tennessee man who dragged a police officer into a mob of rioters, initiating one of the most harrowing acts of violence during the U.S. Capitol attack, was sentenced on Thursday to more than seven years in prison.
Albuquerque Cosper Head declined to address the court before U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced him to seven years and six months of imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release. The judge said Head was responsible for “some of the darkest acts committed on one of our nation’s darkest days.”
Head’s prison sentence is six months shy of the statutory maximum in his case. It’s also the second-longest so far among hundreds of cases arising from the Capitol siege on Jan. 6, 2021, when a mob of Trump supporters stormed the building as Congress prepared to certify President Joe Biden’s electoral victory.
That's quite a name. Even without the "Cosper"... Albuquerque Head. Sounds like a country band name, doncha think?

As long as Leftoids are convinced that OPINIONS are the same thing as facts they will be completely enthralled by the televised mental institution, also known as "MSNBC" and will continue to make beating dead horses an "art form".
Rational, adult, Americans obviously don't give a good goddamn about the childish nonsense that Leftoids harp ceaselessly about like "J6", Mar-a-Lago raid and their long term, crippling, TDS, especially when we are currently living through the longest, most painful, destructive and expensive, "WE TRIED TO WARN YOU" in American political history.

With respect to the DOJ's "marquee" investigations that are of most immediate concern to the former President's lawyers, Judge Howell is analogous to the crew chief for the umpires in a World Series game, or the referee for the "zebras" that officiate the Super Bowl.
Here's a sizable "chunk" of the article, starting from its beginning:
quote
Fans debate which song in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s "Hamilton" is its top showstopper, but I’ve always been partial to "The Room Where It Happens," which centers on a most unsexy event: the Compromise of 1790.
quote
Yes, the song — fusing vaudeville, jazz and hip-hop — is undeniably catchy. But what makes it indelible is how, through Aaron Burr’s unfulfilled ambition, it reveals the human longing to be at the center of the action, especially when the action is as pivotal as the center is exclusive.
And right now, in Washington, there is no room more pivotal than Courtroom 22A of the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse. That’s where Beryl Howell, the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, presides — and under the rules governing that court, Howell decides any motion or application dealing "with a grand jury subpoena or other matter occurring before a grand jury." What’s more, every aspect of those proceedings is secret: All briefs and orders are sealed and all hearings, save for a rare and categorical exception, are closed. And although Howell has the option to make briefs, orders and transcripts of hearings public, in part or full, she must first find that "continued secrecy is not necessary to prevent disclosure of matters occurring before the grand jury."
Yet for all of the opacity surrounding grand jury proceedings, public reporting suggests Howell’s grand jury-related docket is not a collection of average, anonymous subpoena disputes. Rather, Howell has had to consider disputes over issues from witnesses’ invocation of the Fifth Amendment to the application of the presidential communications privilege, all of which directly impact the Justice Department’s marquee investigations: the Jan. 6 investigation (especially regarding the fake elector scheme and Donald Trump’s own orchestration of efforts to overturn the election) and the Trump classified records investigation. Indeed, despite the public focus on U.S District Judge Aileen Cannon, who is handling litigation about the Mar-a-Lago search warrant, Howell herself has clarified that two key grand jury subpoenas in the records investigation were issued from D.C.
"Why this courtroom is Washington's most interesting place right now"
quote
Behind locked doors, the DOJ and Trump’s legal team are fighting about grand jury witnesses before federal Judge Beryl Howell.
MSNBC's newest prime time anchor, Alex Wagner, shares new reporting from the Washington Post that "Main Justice" has brought David Raskin fully onboard the ongoing investigation of records and documents seized by the FBI from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence.
David Raskin is a former federal prosecutor with major experience in national security-related cases.
Figuratively speaking, its fair to say that Raskin's resume has "Big Time Prosecutor" written all over it, in flashing, incandescent orange-lit letters that luminesce like a large, outdoors neon sign.

Is that a great title, or what? It won't be long before undergraduates thinking "law school" will be able to enroll in Mar-A-Lago 101, "theoretical foundations of the Mar-A-Lago documents case... no prerequisites."
Trump aide Kash Patel has boosted immunity and he didn't even have to get vaccinated..!

Donald Trump loyalist Kash Patel is set to testify before a federal grand jury investigating the handling of classified documents at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Patel, a top adviser to the ex-president, is expected to testify after receiving immunity from prosecution over the information he reveals in his testimony, people familiar with the matter told the Journal on Wednesday.

Ok, I will have you know that paisley shirts never went out of style in Miami.
Ok, I will have you know that paisley shirts never went out of style in Miami.
I have a black dress shirt with a very subtle design, you would not know it was paisley until you were pretty close to me. I have a light blue one with the same design, you do not have to be that close
Kash Patel, an adviser to Donald Trump, testified on Thursday before a federal grand jury investigating the handling of records taken to the former president’s Mar-a-Lago home and resort, a source familiar with the matter tells CNN.
A federal judge had ordered Patel to testify before the grand jury, granting him immunity from prosecution on any information he provides to the investigation. The court’s decision is under seal, and grand jury proceedings are secret.

Donald Trump’s lawyer warned Gov. Ron DeSantis to stay in his lane in Florida as the former president teased a “big announcement” next Tuesday at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
“He needs to stay in Florida. Just stay where you are. You are doing a great job in Florida,” Alina Habba said in an interview on Right Side Broadcasting at Trump’s rally in Ohio Monday night for Republican Senate candidate JD Vance.
Addressing the Florida governor’s political ambitions beyond the Sunshine State, Habba advised: “Don’t jump the gun.”
The attorney then insisted Trump made DeSantis.
“DeSantis is DeSantis because of Trump. I think I like what DeSantis is doing in Florida, but he needs to stay in Florida,” Habba said, doubling down on her advice.
“He’s not ready yet,” she added.
Alina Habba is the woman in the foreground.
"Alina Habba" is a great setup for any number of punchlines.
Here I am again at my own little "blog" inside of Pennocks!
A blog—or maybe just a very private diary.
"Mar-a-Lago Model Prosecution Memo"
quote
This model prosecution memorandum (or “pros memo”) assesses the potential charges against former President Donald Trump emanating from his handling of classified documents and other government records since leaving office on January 20, 2021. It includes crimes related to the removal and retention of national security information and obstruction of the investigation into his handling of these documents. The authors have decades of experience as federal prosecutors and defense lawyers, as well as other legal expertise. Based upon this experience and the analysis that follows, we conclude that there is a strong basis to charge Trump.
That, as you likely suspect, is only the first paragraph—but the entirety of this summary report isn't that much longer.
The "model" pros memo itself, which anyone could access from the link that is embedded in this summary report, runs to some 174 pages.
Special Counsel, Special Counsel... does that ring a bell with anyone?
quote
Attorney General Merrick B. Garland appointed a special counsel on Friday to take over two major criminal investigations involving former President Donald J. Trump, including [Trump's] role in events leading up to the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and his handling of sensitive government documents.
John L. ["Jack"] Smith, the former head of the Justice Department’s public integrity section, will oversee the investigation into Mr. Trump’s retention of sensitive government documents at his home in Florida, and “key” aspects of the separate inquiry into the former president’s actions before the Jan. 6 attack, Mr. Garland said in a news conference.
So says today's New York Times.

Trump investigations are starting to look like reruns of "Gilligan's Island". It's the same story every week and everybody already knows they ain't going nowhere.
As soon as the new House starts investigating the Bidens and the FBI, the headlines are going to change to "Americans are sick of endless investigations".
On Friday, Merrick Garland announced the appointment of Jack L. Smith as a Special Counsel to "to oversee the criminal investigations into the retention of national defense information at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort and parts of the January 6, 2021, insurrection."
MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell lost no time in picking up on the new Special Counsel's surname.

The weaponized DOJ is making Joe Biden look weak and scared of Donald Trump. Details of the 'raid' leaked so freely and provided nothing of actionable substance - you can tell from the sounds of crickets.
Like the January 6 self-immoliating hearings the left is wasting their time (no one is paying attention) and taxpayer money.
The newly named DOJ Special Counsel will oversee two high profile federal investigations: the investigation of certain aspects of January 6, and the investigation of the records and documents that were moved from the White House to the former president's residence at Mar-A-Lago.

Why Biden_Hunter must be arrested is the probability of fleeing to a non extradition country, like, China.
The fact that noting has happened at this point, shows obvious bias in the justice system. Any other person that had even 1/4th of this kind of evidence against them, would already be in jail. This is the most frustrating thing.
