Poppy **** , . That is no reason why you can't. You don't want to. Just as the Wisconsin teachers don't.
Boondawg was able to move, thrive, and do better. He lived in Alaska almost all of his life and had the same job for 25 years.

If the Wisconsin teachers are unhappy with the salaries in the state, they have the option with their feet and relocate to another state where they feel they will be better off. The teachers are a replacable job as are most workers. When you are not happy, you move.

They don't even have to move.

They can try to vote people into power that are willing to pay them more money, and are willing to tax people more to pay for it.

Ah, yes, that horrible "rancorous and hostile environment" of a governor trying to keep his state from insolvency, and trying not to lay off any teachers. How horrible.

The only "rancor" was from the unions. Do I have to post all the hate filled rhetoric from them?

But the balancing of the state's budget will happen NOW, and no teachers were projected to be laid off. How rancorous and hostile!

I never felt I had to walk on egg-shells with Jazzman. I made too edgy of a comment when it wasn't necessary or merited. He wasn't acting like he wanted pity. And I 'think' he likes me, too. As far as I'm concerned, we are on fine terms personally, even though we disagree on this issue. Wanted to keep it that way.

While the voting is over and the victor is now declared i want you all to know this,

even with you Republicans winning this election you are sealing your own doom. The dissent within your own party, the constant back stabbing, lieing, cheating and poll rigging, the tenacious disregard for common decency and the way of life, and your un ending lust for more and more money will be your undoing.

With each and every action there is an equal or greater reaction- i want you all to remember this in the future when you are sitting together, huddled around a trashcan burning the useless dollars you so treacherously fought for. The future of this state, this country and as i fear it, this world are now forever sealed. We ARE going to be destroyed by OURSELVES. WE are going to blame everyone else for our problems and never do anything to fight them. We are headed for a world not unlike that which is portrayed in the 1997 movie The Postman (starring Kevin Costner).

YOU Republicans are causing this, YOU are going to be the very end to your life, your children's lives, your mothers, your fathers, friends, neighbors, everyone.

Mark my words Fiero.nl, The end is very near and its beginning tomorrow.

Again? Lord, at least change the wording some.

He posted this to facebook as well, I wish he didn't have me blocked so I could tell him it's spelled "undoes"

But it made me think, isn't stopping something that has been forced on people for the last (just guessing here) 50 years the defenition of moving forward?

And aren't these the exact same arguments used against the people wanting to end segregation?

( This is another copy and past just like Ramsespride did in yet another thread....)

Well, well, well. You've emerged from under your rock. You were one of the idiots that were protesting in Madison before you even understood what was going on and now with your enlightening commentary you have shown that you learned nothing. You ran away with your tail between your legs when this all started and you stick your head up now? Not very bright. Governor Walkers reforms have been working in every city where they have been used. The proof is out there. You claim that this is doom? You are spouting the Democrat talking points. Were you the guy that was interviewed that was crying because he lost? Are you going to take your ball and go home again? Maybe you should move to Illinois where the politicians there don't want to spend less than they take in. Their state is being run by people like you and I suppose that you approve of it.

Chris, it's people like you that are hurting our state. I'm thrilled that Governor Walker reclaimed his office and defeated Mayor Barrett. I used to live in Milwaukee and I left the city because of idiots like him....and you. I'm tired of being taxed to death. I'm tired of all of the extra fees that were added to my tax bill and not called taxes ( so the politicians could claim no tax increase ). I'm tired of all the extra costs related to excessive spending and wasted money. I'm tired of the Democratic spin on everything and the lack of respect for the general public......

"even with you Republicans winning this election you are sealing your own doom. The dissent within your own party, the constant back stabbing, lieing, cheating and poll rigging, the tenacious disregard for common decency and the way of life, and your un ending lust for more and more money will be your undoing."

This quote made me laugh even harder at you. Switch that to the Democrats and you are spot on. Dissent within the party? Talk to Kathleen Falk.....the union choice for the Democratic nominee for governor. Backstabbing? Again....Falk and Barrett. Cheating? People registering usning a utility bill with "OCCUPANT" as the listed owner and the union backed 'poll watcher' demanding that it be accepted as proof of residence. ( Voter ID is on hold due to Democratic challenges to the law ) Disregard for common decency? You were at the Capitol in Madison for the protests. Go back and take a look at the videos....if you have the balls to. Unending lust for more money? Who's cutting taxes? Who is cutting spending? It isn't the Democratic side ( that means you if you didn't understand ).

Get a grip, there, buddy.......you are a sore loser.

We need to get this state back on it's feet. We need the mine that the Democrats blocked.....lots of jobs that didn't happen just because Democrats didn't want to give Governor Walker something positive during his tenure. Democrats played politics with peoples lives and that's disgraceful.

Shame on you, Chris.....
