Around a corner ..nope.. stock for stock the 944 handles better. rear mounted transaxle.. better brakes..

Just to clairify...were talking about a 944 vs a v6 Fiero right?? not a 4cyl I hope.

Yes, it will be a straight line and no, the Fiero is not a V6.
It's a very fast 4 that has amazed many including me as to how quick it is.
Is it faster than his Porsche? I have no idea and as far as I am concerned it doesn't realy matter as this is just for fun

I have an 85 SE 4cyl , 5spd... with 18,000 miles. They don't get much cleaner than that. Just finished a rebuild with a friend on an 88 944 8 valve car...

The porsche will win for sure

Those porsches around here go for less then a stock fiero GT.You can pick one of those up for about $2900 canadian.
