How about we wear our Coast Run shirts on the Run and then if you want to dress up, do it for the dinner/raffle. I'll give out the special raffle tickets to people wearing Coast Run 06 shirts at lunch.

Now if we can only figure out a way for Scott, Jeannie and Kit to make it...
Well, there's as much chance of this wedding being cancelled as there is of Kit's company going bankrupt and the race at Laguna Seca being cancelled between now and then I suppose--the invitation arrived today and I just talked to the bride who is counting down the days and crossing things off the 'to-do' list. I will look forward to seeing some pictures!

This is the main link for the Coast Run merchandise. Click the 'Shirts' section to get to your individual merchandise. If there are other items you would like your car on that I didn't set up, just let me know.
And please make sure and visit the 'Supporting Vendors' page and patronize these vendors who are stepping up to make sure the California Coast Run Charity Raffle is a success! I'm adding more vendors right now! For anyone who wants to make a donation but hasn't yet, there is still time! Coast Run Supporting Vendors List

Got in a solid day of work on the car yesterday...not quite back on the road but don't anticipate any problems being ready early enough for "testing" before the run.

How many cans of Coke does a solid day of work cost you?

What'd you do to your car?

I got my Sweatshirt already. Very nice. This is the one I got. Off white tinge of gray. That way it won't look so bad when I spill on it. I wish it was a little cooler I would show it off more. So far just wore to parts store.

Wish I could go but I've had that weekend booked solid for the last couple of years and for years to come.
Cambria is BEAUTIFUL in the autumn as I can attest when my best friend had his wedding at the little chapel in town and the last time I was fortunate to be out there with y'all.
Have a great time and safe trip to everyone!

Marie and I got married at the Santa Rosa Chapel in Cambria too. Yet another reason we love it there.
Wish you could be with us. If not before, lets hook up for the Knotts Berry kit car show again next year. Maybe that same little girl will show up for you again! haha

You would rather go to a Vampire convention than hang out with us?

I have officially decided. I'm not going to make a mad rush to get a GT on the coast run. I'm bringing my trusty four banger. It doesn't ever break or explode. Never leaves me on the side of the road far from home. Will take any abuse i give it. And gets 35 mpg. I would like to Take the GT out on HWY1 but most of the time I push it too far and blow it so we are going the econ route this time.
Can't wait till we go. Counting the days.

I had the only 4-banger on the Run For The Hills one year. People complain about the Dukes but they are not that much less powerful than the V6, especially on a curvy road. The V6 will take them on long straights. I would love to have an 88 coupe with a Duke in it... as long as the cam gear had already been replaced.

Brianna was here and we all started working on Halloween costumes last night! I had to finally be the one to mention it... We're driving Fieros! Where are we going to carry all this extra stuff?!?
Of course, we may end up bringing a third vehicle just for carrying raffle items and other neccessities of the Coast Run.

Just ship your extra stuff in a box to the hotel.

Mine's enroute too! I hope it fits. I got the tank top--decided on XL since part of me is (no, not the right part unfortunately!), so we'll see. I can wear it to WestFest if we're someplace warm!
