I wouldn't want to be in the same room as Kevin Spacey, let alone interview him. It appears that Tucker Carlson will do anything for ratings.
I think he interviewed him because he is a figure that is surrounded by some controversy, and the character Spacey played in House of Cards is probably a composite character that is similar to some in government. Overall, my thought is that he did it for fun, just to get a reaction from people who might view the video.
Carlson's ratings don't need a boost, but he does like to poke fun at establishment media.

For example you God condones human slavery and subjugation of women, but society now defines these actions as "immoral" and "evil".

When the Jews were slaves of Pharaoh, God sent the message that slavery was not good. Pharaoh ignored the message and was listed by the plagues. Mankind still doesn't get the message. Our government now promotes slavery by it's open borders policy. Society now says that transwomen are men, transmen are women and homosexuals can marry. And abortion is a major issue in elections. It's also alright to steal if its under a grand.

I'm suspicious here of a "cafeteria" style of Christianity, which grants its adherents a permission structure in which they can pick and choose freely from Scripture, which injunctions they like and which ones they'd rather push to the side or ignore.
