That is correct. Cliff can see who rated who, but that's it.
This is one of the issues that Cliff is upset about. He wants certian people to be banned, but has passed the voting on to us. He knows that some of the "good" members are rating the "bad" members with a positive.

But he would not do that... because it would defeat the purpose of having US rate people.

I've pretty much expressed how I feel and don't want to get into flame wars anymore than most people on this forum. But I think it's apparent to everyone here, that since all the threads started a little while back, and some members stepped forward, the nasty posts have pretty much disappeared.
So either the offenders have gotten the hint, or they're affraid of being banned, for the Forum's sake I hope it's the first case.

I was gonna say the same thing but I was afraid to. Kinda like being in a gun battle and things start to quiet down, you don't really wanna be the 1st one who sticks his head up.

No, I'm not kidding, but you wouldn't understand.
In my opinion, I don't crap in threads like you've done here, and when someone puts a " " behind what they've said, that typically means they're joking. Without the icon, it's a serious statement.
If you don't like something I've posted, shoot me a pm telling me how you feel, don't smear the threads with this crap. If I've posted something technically wrong, then a rebutattle belongs in the thread, and the error should be explained.

someone who got banned really fast and for some reason everyone had a fit about it and complained about the rating system... yada yada yada. for about a week or two it was nothing but do you think bookster should have been banned threads...
