Kris, I know a Fiero is low on your priority list at the moment, but I have an offer for you. I have an '85 SE bumperpad notchie I'll donate to you when you are ready. Before you get too excited this car requires some work and will have to be towed home. My best friend and I replaced the worn out 2.8 and hoses belts and all the works several years ago ... then he suddenly passed away and I have not touched it again. with some work this could make a nice little car as said it's a bumperpad to me thats a major plus 2.8 4 speed all you have to do is come get it or have someone get it for you I have a clear title in hand. Good luck on your new start let me know if I can be of any help.
Kris and Brad, this has turned into one of the better stories here on Pennock's that could save a life, I sincerely hope this leads to enriched lives for both of you.
Kris, you have a great opportunity to change your life now, and the best advice boils down to two simple words from the Movie "Saving Private Ryan", those words are " Earn It ".
It was a pleasure to see Forum Members come forward in this thread with kind words, and for those who could afford it, contribute what they could spare to help Kris out.

Very well put. You have an opportunity to make great changes in an otherwise bad situation, my two words would be "be humble"
Congratulations to 'Tuzzi.. welcome to your new life! Congratulations to Brad, welcome your new slave.. er.. roomie. He'll be digging the septic in no time.
