Brad, you know that if I need to take off work to help, all ya got to do is let me know... My work schedule is real flexible... ok, I make my own schedule. Anyway, let me know if I can help! Kris, I'm praying for you! And I'm not afraid to put some legs to those prayers!
Ok, let me see, hmmm.... Boondawg moves from Alaska to Washington... Antuzzi goes from Northern California to Missouri... I guess someone in Florida is going to have to move to Canada, or the whole island is going to capsize!
I got to the Station around 7:15. When I walked in, I recognized Kris from a previous Tech Day at the now defunct Sacramento Fiero Club. We talked for a little bit. His father let him go but his mother was fighting him. She even brought in his grandmother to try to get Kris committed for a psych eval. It takes two family members to get someone committed and Kris' father refused to do it. Luckily, Kris' grandmother refused to do it too.
I handed Kris the donations from our generous PFF members. It totalled $350 cash, a cell phone and the book "As a Man Thinketh". I asked if Kris had his Tazer on him and he said no because it is a felony to transport one through Oklahoma unless it is in a locked box. I gave Kris my can of pepper spray to guard his valuables and to keep him a virgin until he gets to Missouri.
Next we walked a couple of blocks to the mall to have dinner at Johnny Rockets. Kris' new best friend that he met on the bus came with us for dinner. The other guy is Patrick. He was very talkative about his plans to get a job working for a professional sporting team. I hope things work out for him.
We got back to the bus station at about 9:10, I said my good-byes and headed home.

Thanx for being there & keeping us in the loop. Does Kriss seem ready to start anew?
I'm sure he will need some time to come down from the guilt trippin' he just got put through, and the fear of a new start in a new place, and I wish him a bright fresh outlook as soon as possable.

Kris, believe it or not, I have had that same look in my life. What I did not have, is the support of many like that which is following you. It took many a hardship to be me. I would not change a single thing.
Edit: PENNOCK"S ROCKS!!

I am bringing him a damn razor... A neck beard? Jebus.
I agree... The baby face with the neck beard.... NOT a good thing going on..
How much you want to bet the moment he shaves it off and steps out of the bus stop restroom, some random woman walking through pounces on him and has her way with him?
I'd put money down that the neck beard is holding him back. Of course, you have to be brave to grow one in the first place, so maybe that is where his travel courage came from.

YAY! I am so happy that he got out of there without more issues. Good job grandma on not giving into the mother's wishes.
Let Kris go and have a great life with those that care for him and about his life.
Good luck Kris, keep us posted everyone!
We should totally have a PFF movie, there have been so many trials we have all gone through and we have each been there for the other. Its a great place and a great cyber family we have

Just got off the phone with Antuzzi. He is coming into the LA stop shortly.
Told him I was proud of him, and that he needed to shave the neck beard... He said he was planning on it.
Yea, he was told by Rachel to look scruffy, don't shave for a few days, etc. and he wouldn't have to worry about as much on the bus, which is true.
If someone is looking around for a mark, they will typically ignore the scruffy kid with a PK Tramp stamp. So right now he's checking out hookers in LA, nice.
I hope he has an uneventful bus ride and lots of people to meet at his stops to keep his spirits up. Glad he made it on the bus without his mom getting her way and managing to keep him there...
Edit: Keep repeating myself from earlier
