Oh, yeah!!
I just love it when those skins lose!

And those Tricky Buccaneers cleaned out Chris Chandler in no time at all.

Hey, "onfire" pretty close at the end there, eh? Holding penalty than Watters gets tackled for a loss twice. I though the rooke Lindell would miss the field goal for sure.
Looks like the Chargers will go 0-16.

Is everyone else gettin sick of that lame a$$, "Who let the Dogs out?"
I hated it the first time I heard it, and I hear it six million times every Sunday.
AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Oh man, another tough game for the Bungles!

That was a nice 23 yard game for Dillon.

The Ravens needed to play the Bungles to get out of their TD slump. Somehow the Bungles managed to score 7. Oh well. I won't even talk about that prediction, it was funny enough (21 points against ravens Defense?!)

Titans are history next week...

Hey Jeff,

Why didn't you remark on my prediction before the game? You probably were worried and waited until it was safe to comment. With that defense, the Ratbirds should go to the bowl. But since you have a so/so offense, you will be lucky to make it to the postseason. I, however, would love to see a winning season. Maybe someday. When we are mathamaticly eliminated, I will root for Tennesee. I have good friends there and it is a blast to Adelphia Colosium. I didn't see many Ratbird fans yesterday. I guess most of them are fair weather like Bengals fans.

Honestly Bungle, I didn't see it. I hadn't checked the post for a while cuz it seemed to be dying down. Then it heated right back up so I joined in again.

Also it makes me mad when people don't support their hometown teams....

Also, about that damn song Who let the dogs out. I am soooo sick of that song. When the Ravens played the Jaguars and won in the second half, they must have played it at the stadium every other down. The sound system in PSInet stadium is AWESOME so it was extra annoying!! Then I come home to watch the Sunday night game, and I hear it all over the TV!! AHHH I HATE IT!!

ok I'm done...

You know what I hate? The corporate advertisement names they give the stadiums. Yes, I KNOW why it happens, but I just wish they'd do what's in the best interest of the sport and the public who makes it all possible. Sheesh, how about something more original? Let's pool our funds to obtain the naming rights to the next new super-duper stadium, and call it Fiero Forum Forever or something.

I have been an open proud Bengal fan for all of these many, many years, even during all these "rebuilding" years. I wear my Bengals shirts and now that it's chilly my Bengal windbreaker (which Bengal stuff is hard to get in New England by the way) with pride. I get the insults and the jabbing, but I think back at the die hard Cowboy fans those many years before the Cowboys got back on track a few years ago. I know that like all teams, at some point it will click again, and I can say proudly that I wasn't a closet fan.

Hey, who can help me get some more Bengal merchandise? I would love to have a winter Bengal jacket and other cool stuff. Catalogs like JC Penney only carry stuff for those teams who were successful or popular the last few years. And that unfortunatly leaves out the Bengals right now :o(

Let me be the first to gloat.

Yes, the Vi-queens outplayed the Packers. Yes, no matter how hard the Vi-queens tried to give it to the Packers, the Packers tried to keep giving it back.
Yes, the Packers were unbelievably LUCKY.
But...the Packers still won and it is still sweet.
Yes, I'll be crying during the play-offs and the Vi-queen fans will be laughing. But for one week...yes!
And I just love that the total big-mouth jerk Cris Carter has to go home crying. I loved the way he KICKED a Packer, the Packers didn't retaliate, and THEY got flagged. Just what I needed. Another reason to hate the BIGGEST JERK in the NFL.

Hey they are going to auction the naming rights to the new football stadium here in seattle. The one for safeco field went for $36 million for 20yrs. The Key arena went for $15.1 mil. for 15 yrs. So everyone start saving their pennies.

Fiero5,

Check out some of the on-line stores for Bengals gear. Also, there is a link from the Bengal website. www.cincinnatibengals.com If you don't see any thing you like there, e-mail me and I'll help a fellow fan. Paul Brown Stadium has a great pro shop. I think you can order on line thru the web page. E-mail me at bwilburn4@yahoo.com

Antonio Freeman's game-winning catch last night was unbelieveable! Lucky? Maybe - but a lot of receivers would have dropped that ball, or not gotten up to run it in for the TD. That's one of the most amazing plays I've ever seen.

The Vikings definitely have the talent to go all the way, but it seems like they have an ego problem or something wrong with their team chemistry that keeps them from winning the big games.

Isn't this the point of the season that the Vikes' started loosing last year? The Bucs beat them for their first loss of the season and improved their record to 4-4 and then went on to win the Central Division title? Sorry,... but I hate the Vikes'. Go Bucs!

Hope springs eternal,
Roy

I think Cris Carter just got caught up in the moment. Usually he is a stand up guy. The biggest jerk would have to be that receiver Keyshawn Johnson. And the Packers DID retaliate by crowding around him and taunting him. But you can't blame them for retaliating.

Another great MNF game!!!

Well, it usually draws a crowd of your teammates when an opposing player KICKS your teammate. However, none of the Packers kept after him or hit him back. So I would hardly call that taunting.

Being able to watch all the Packer-Viking games since Carter has been a Viking, he has ALWAYS acted like a complete jerk. Maybe the rivalry brings out the worst in him and he only does it against Green Bay--that's usually the only time I see him play.

I got on the internet and read the column in the MINNESOTA paper by their columnist. Even THEY said that Carter instigated it and the Packers got cheated.

Yes, Keyshawn Johnson would make most top 5 lists.

RAVENS DO THE IMPOSSIBLE!

What a game! The Titans have a great team, but when the Ravens offense is playing good, they are very tough to beat, home or away. The Titans have depended on E. George to get them out of jams, but it's not happening against the best run defense in the league.

To be honest with everyone, after Dilfer threw that interception I was ready to shoot him (as the rest of Baltimore), even though he had a great game otherwise. Then he redeemed himself in the end, GOD I LOVE DILFER!

Del Greco could have been El Hero. I feel bad for him though. He will be hearing it for a long time to come.

Where are those Titan fans at?

Well, the Bengals lost big to the Cowboys. That bites. Geeze, it would be great if they could get a half way decent season going sometime soon. That would make it easier to get Bengal stuff too!
Oh well, there is always next year. :o)

Friends, I am in NFL nirvana. Not only did the Browns win, but their victory came at the hands of Bill Belichick's sorry Patriots. Belichick lost so many games in Cleveland as the Browns coach, it's nice to see him lose there as somebody else's coach!

Take heart, BENGAL4 and Fiero5...Belichick is also accustomed to losing to the Bengals and he probably will again next week.

Doesn't anybody else here like the Browns? I know Cleveland has a strong chapter of FOCOA...

Obviously, Favre didn't see the "Beware, falling 300 pound lineman" signs. Packers gave it a game.

Buccaneers have a good team and I would be glad to trade except for quarterback. But the Super Bowl this year is not going to be a home game for a certain team. Not enough offense.

WARNING Will Robinson, DANGER!!!

Dilfer is just good enough to get you BEAT. I watched him four years in Tampa. If he had a great game one week, he would SUCK the next. I'm just glad to get him out of Tampa.

Shaun King may not be great, yet. But, he has potential. I never saw that with Dilfer. Not only could he NOT read defenses, he was a not accurate with his passes. Same goes for Vinny Test-your-patience. If the long bomb wasn't/isn't there, he was/is awful.

Go Bucs!

Roy, after suffering through Tony Banks for the first 8 or 9 games, Dilfer is a God sent.

Dilfer seems to be the whipping boy in the NFL. No one respects him at all. Some guy on the local radio pregame show just came right out and said "Dilfer is a loser". No beating around the bush, no benefit of the doubt, no second chance. We will see what he does next week, hopefully the same thing he did yesterday.

So far MNF looks like Denver won it, 24-10.
But this IS MNF so who knows what could happen...

I didn't dogpile on anyone! I'm a running back and I just ripped through your secondary for an 87yd Touchdown score! You couldn't even catch me with your Type R shoes!

Hey did anyone ever hear about the football player named frontal lobe that went to prison? Yep. He went in as a tight end and came out as a wide receiver.

Where can I get me some of those? What if I draw a Swoosh on my WalMart Specials? I could cut out the Michael Jordan dunk silhouette from some old shoes and stick 'em on. Can you say "V-TREK"? How about silicone plug wires for laces, does that make you go fast? Are there AquaTreads for football shoes?

Well, hard to believe my mighty Packers held on and beat the Colts. My apologies to our many Indiana Fiero owners, because the Packers are going nowhere this year and your team is play-off bound.

WHAT IS UP WITH THOSE TRICKY BUCCANEERS????? They lose to the Bears, who are playing with their 3rd string QB.

Ravens blowout baby!

Bears over Bucs?!? Lost that one in the pool. Denver almost lost too! Looks like the Saints are down and out, they lost Blake too for the season. How did the Colts lose?? All in all I think I am going to go 11-4 in this weeks pool, as long as Jacksonville can pull off a win against the Steelers and the Rams win tomorrow. I might even win the week...

Anyone watch the Toilet Bowl today? Patriots vs. Bungles? lol WHAT A GAME!
