And you keep bringing up used engines and complain about "real time facts" when the discrepancy is pointed out.
Archie's $4000 swap used a new engine, and he shopped around for parts - like most people who don't want to buy a "kit" would do.
When people talk about how the 3800SC (or any other engine) doesn't require a kit, I have to ask if the Fiero fuel lines, Fiero coolant lines, Fiero exhaust system all work without any modification. If mods are required, that must mean you have to buy some parts to make the custom connections required. Put all those parts in a box, and you've got a "kit." Imagine that.
