Actually, I still own the same burgundy red Fiero I've owned for the past 21 years now.

Hahah! Honestly, I don't think the hubcaps look bad. I think it goes well with the car. It's tastefully done, not gaudy. I mean, it's a little toy / sports car basically... even if it's someone's primary mode of transportation. I'd give a +1 for it.

Cliff! You're alive!

Me too... I've had my Fiero since 1996. So that makes it 21 years also. Mine is also a burgundy (medium metallic red). It's been in storage for about 6 years, and honestly... I haven't really driven it since 2005. But I was in the process of restoring it. It's basically 65-70% complete.

I'd send you a link, but the free hosting I have is down.

It's a 1987 Fiero SE / V6. I've rebuilt the motor into a 3.2. Most of the "subtle" upgrades like GrandAm brakes, stainless lines, etc... blah. Pretty pleased with it... but I'd love to get it back on the road... but it's 1,200 miles from me right now in an undisclosed location.

My bad.
I somehow remembered you ran up on some hard times and had to let it go.
Obviously not.

Sorry.

Well, I hardly drive it anymore. Not because I don't want to but it needs a few repairs I can't really afford right now. So I do everything by bus and... yes... by train.

Listen, do not reply if you choose. That is your choice. No issues. But, if I reply to one of your postings on a forum that is on the internet, then do not get so butt hurt. I am challenging you, and you never seem to stand up. I get that, but if you post a falsehood, I am going to reply. That is how the internet works. you do not get to silence free speech. You can bypass me, but YOU choose not to.

In your postings, I cannot speak freely, but you can?

And again, here you are freely grouping many into a profile without looking inward.

Holy projecting batman.

I know you want me to be one of those terrible liberals you read about on Breitbart, and demand you be removed for saying mean things, but I said none of this. Stop grouping me in with the boogeymen liberals you see in your sleep.

I never said you should be banned, I never said you shouldn't be allowed to speak, nor did I ever say anything even close to that. I simply said you were a douchebag, because you follow me around the forum trying to make fun of everything a post/do. Quite frankly, that does make you a douchebag.

The worst part of this whole thing is that you were not always like this. I remember when I first posted in O/T, I actually had conversations with you. True, we disagreed, but it was a civil and productive discussion. You gave me a different view on a topic and while I didn't agree it did make me think about an issue from a different angle. I used to think that I maybe had done the same thing for you, but I fear now that I didn't.

Since then, you have assumed you know a lot about my life, called me names, and now just "yell" at me in your posts trying to provoke me. I don't ever recall doing this to you and you have been doing this to me for what, a little over a year now? And this is the first time I have said something about you on this forum. Congratulations Tony, you can make people frustrated if you constantly bother them for months. Are you happy now?

I am not against having a fan club, if you want to continue what you have been doing, be my guest. This is just the internet, sticks and stones my friend. However understand that you turn a lot of people away from O/T by acting like this, no one wants to go somewhere and get called names because they don't agree with a point of view.

I stand by my prior post. If you feel that I am taking things too personal, then I will ease it up a lot on you. But, again, I will not be silenced or mislabeled. I just may have a few more years of life's experiences under my belt, and will use that when needed.

I have also always told folks to enjoy their day, yet nothing from you? Who really has the hate?

Always enjoy your day. You are not required to enjoy my day.

I'll x3 this, what does your Fiero need, is there anything we can send you? I'll be by my house in Florida in a couple of weeks, and it'll be the last opportunity in a long time I'll have to get access to that stuff for a long time. I may have something you need (which you can have for free if I have it).

Can't and won't speak for anyone else.
I asked Dobey to clean it up several times and tried to discuss "things" with him in a civil manner. Finally I gave up and did my best to ignore him.
I quit rating people a long time ago and Dobey got negg'd by me, told him I did it and told him I was going to try and ignore his posts from that point on. For the most part, I was successful. In reference to Threedog, I have him as a positive. Don't agree with him on much but, at least he's civil and conducts himself as an adult. That I appreciate.

I'm not glad Dobey is gone but, IMHO he got exactly what he was after. Now, he can view us from his own martyrdom. I also feel no sympathy for him.

Ron, you're a bigger man than me.

I'm glad he's gone.

He was condescending in Tech and downright offensive in O/T.

I do hope that EVERYONE tries a little harder to avoid the name calling though.

Argue all you want but avoid the pejoratives like "Libtard" and "Repuglican".

FWIW, they don't make you sound especially intelligent.

Ya, if no one else was banned, that would be confirming dobey had 5 clones on here...because my bar definitely went down 5...unless someone wants to confirm they changed their rating on me. A simple yes would be fine, because I think only a neutral rating would show up as a dropped number.

Apparently I didn't have you rated, but I just gave you a +
