Many of us can recall the tension building in the courtroom during the final push by Daniel Kaffee as he attempts to get Col. Nathan Jessep to admit giving an order to perform a ‘code red’ on PFC William Santiago in the film A Few Good Men. “I want the truth!” belts out Tom Cruise, playing the role of Kaffee. Jack Nicholson, who plays Jessep responds, “You can’t handle the truth!” This is much the way the press conference went on Tuesday at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
More evidence was reported in addition to all of that presented before. Though the press conference lasted around an hour and fifteen minutes, it was the last fifteen minutes that really told the story about where any attempt to bring to justice the person responsible for the forged Obama birth certificate to justice will go.
Instead of asking questions about the investigation and about the evidence presented it was an attack on the messengers. There were questions about whether the investigation was political. There were questions about how much it cost the taxpayers of Maricopa County. There were questions about everything under the sun in regards to both Sheriff Joe Arpaio and lead investigator Mike Zullo. There was one question about the actual evidence.
It was frustrating to watch and must have been frustrating for those presenting the evidence. They were attacked as though they had done something wrong, when in reality they were merely doing their jobs.
They have said over and over that they offered to pay their own way and even had received donations that helped cover some expenses. when questioned on the “book” that is offered on Amazon, Zullo claimed that it was around $1500 and he gave it all to his church. Yet people still think this to be a political plot against Barack Obama.
Both men affirmed that their thought was to clear Obama in all of this. In fact, Zullo said that after looking at all of Jerome Corsi’s work beforehand, he dismissed it and wanted “harder evidence.”However, both men said they followed the evidence and this is where it has led. To add to that Arpaio even said he cannot prove Obama knows the birth certificate is a fake, but nevertheless Arpaio believes the document is a fake and wants to apprehend the person that forged the document.
But the media can’t handle the truth. They don’t want to get their hands dirty on this one, just as Zullo said that every person they ran into in Hawaii didn’t want to get their hands dirty by answering simple questions. Instead they hid behind legal technicalities.
At the close of the press conference, Arpaio was asked what he was going to do with all the information gathered in the investigation. His answer was simple. He wanted to pass it along to the Congress and have them look at it and do what needs to be done.
But the fact is that the Congress can’t handle the truth either. Just look at the way they have handled the debt crisis, the stimulus, and now the tax increases and a lack of cutting costs. They can’t handle the truth because they are busy looking at whether their team’s jersey will get back in power or lose power.
So many people claim that the birth certificate issue is a non-issue. Joe Arpaio and Mike Zullo destroyed that notion when they claimed, in regards to Hawaiian birth certificates, that it was a “national security issue.”
This is not a “national security issue” like releasing all the footage around the Pentagon on 9-11 is claimed to be a “national security issue.” It’s not like the entire assasination of JFK was a “national security issue.”
This is a real national security issue that could very well demonstrate that we have a sleeper in the White House which would bring our country to the brink of a Constitutional crisis that no one wants to deal with. It would have a major bearing on how Barack Obama would be dealt with. It would have implications on every law he has signed, including Obamacare. It would have an impact on the Supreme Court Justices he nominated. It would cause a cry of uproar from the populace and this is why it cannot be allowed to go anywhere.
America can’t handle the truth anymore. They know things are wrong, yes, even some Democrats know something is wrong, but they fail to wake up and see what is happening and take a stand lest they be called “conspiracy theorists” or worse. Frankly, the birth certificate issue has been made out to be a conspiracy and that may well be, but the evidence put forth is not conspiracy theory, it’s simply facts.
Since the media doesn’t have the stones to deal with the truth and I’ll assume the Congress doesn’t have that ability either, I am wondering, as Tad Cronn is, should the military face the truth? Should they exercise their duty in their sworn oath? and not only that but if Barack Obama is complicit in this forgery, and I would assume he is, and Congress is also complicit for failing to deal with it, then have they risen to the level of a domestic enemy?
It is frightening to think about, I admit. But what will it take for elected representatives to stop thinking about getting re-elected and start thinking about the Constitution and the people they serve? It will take them being able to handle the truth.

Hawaii was unique among the states in the up to 1982 you could get a birth certificate by simply walking in and asking for one. Just need two adults willing to swear that a child was born there and presto! You get a certificate. This was because Hawaii was a monarchy until it bacame a state and had lots of natives as well as Japanese Americans born overseas who became automatic citizens. So if you had a child born in Japan (for example) but were living in Hawaii before statehood in 1959, you became a citizen by default and could actually get a certificate of Hawaiian Birth by filling out some forms!!!!!
Why is this interesting? Because if Obama's parents wanted to come to the US and show a son with US birth, Hawaii is the state you would go to. Now ask yourself, why would a bank executive and an oil executive (Obama's mother and step father respectively) move to Hawaii? No oil, and not exactly the hib of the banking world. If they already HAD Barack then they would not get a Certificate of Live birth certified on the day of birth. The codes Arpio talks about are out of sequence for Obama's certificate with others from people born in August 1960.

Questions about Barack Obama’s background have been circulating since he first announced his intentions to run for president in 2007. Even former U.S. President Bill Clinton openly declared his doubt on Obama’s birth and eligibility to run for president until it was reported that the life of his daughter Chelsea was threatened by someone associated with the Obama campaign.
There have been several lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility, but so far, the courts have ruled in favor of the President. On behalf of over 200 residence of his county, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has had his Cold Case Posse investigate the birth certificate presented by the White House as being that of Obama. The investigation has discovered numerous pieces of evidence that indicate that the birth certificate and Selective Service Registration are both forgeries and constitute fraud. Unfortunately, Congress appears to be impotent and unwilling to do anything about what could be the greatest case of fraud in the history of the United States and possibly all of history.
There has even been some question about whether or not Barack Hussein Obama was really born in Hawaii as he claims or in Kenya as they claim. And to be honest, as often as he has lied to the American people about everything else, how can anyone trust him about this, especially when he has worked so hard and spent so much to hide his records.
Now, WND is reporting that they have information that indicates that Barack Hussein Obama was an Indonesian citizen during his youth. According to the WND story, Wayne Allyn Root received a phone call from a Breitbart.com reporter claiming to have documentation proving that Obama at one time was an Indonesian citizen whose religion was listed as Muslim. When Obama’s mother married her second husband and moved to Indonesia, he adopted Obama, making him a citizen of Indonesia. Later on when young Obama attended public school, he was listed as a Muslim.
The WND article presents a lot more information, but I honestly feel that this close to the election that nothing will be done until after the elections in November. Other than the few private lawsuits filed that have challenged Obama’s eligibility, no government official, no one in Congress, and no court is willing to broach the subject. Whether they have been threatened as Chelsea Clinton was or are just plain scared of crossing the powerful backers behind Obama, no one really knows. The only thing clear is that it doesn’t seem to matter how much evidence is made available, Obama seems completely untouchable and this is the scariest aspect of it all.

A former U.S. Justice Department attorney who founded the government watchdog Judicial Watch and later Freedom Watch has warned a key Barack Obama attorney that Democrat Party or state elections officials certifying Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election could become the targets of election-fraud charges.
The letter from Larry Klayman explains that’s because those officials simply cannot know Obama’s eligibility for sure, and the law doesn’t allow them to make assumptions.
In his letter to Robert Bauer, general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, Klayman explained that the evidence shows no one knows for sure about Obama’s eligibility, so letters from the DNC to states about Obama’s 2012 candidacy may be problematic.
“There is therefore no longer any state or national official in the Democratic Party who can escape legal responsibility for ignoring the proof herein provided, and a plea of ignorance of the facts will no longer be possible, especially under the informed legal counsel provided by you (and your state counterparts), Mr. Bauer,” Klayman wrote.
“At the same time that you are receiving this legal analysis, each DNC Executive Committee member – as well as each state Democratic Party chair, secretary of state, and state attorney general – is receiving a certified letter advising them of the legal jeopardy in which they place themselves should they proceed – in light of the facts herein presented – to certify to state or national election officials that Barack Hussein Obama is the constitutionally and legally qualified Democratic candidate for president of the United States.”
Such verifications, if created, would be “perjurious,” Klayman said.
Arizona’s inquiry
The evidence he cites in the letter encompasses several issues, including the recent highly publicized exchange sparked by Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who asked the state of Hawaii, where Obama says he was born, to verify the “natural born citizen” status of the likely Democratic nominee.
WND reported Bennett eventually “closed” his inquiry into the issue without getting any pertinent documentation.
Bennett formally inquired of Hawaii for verification of Obama’s birth records there, and when he received a statement from state officials announced his inquiry was closed.
“As to whether the president was born in Hawaii, personally I believe he was,” he said. “I actually think he was fibbing about being born in Kenya when he was trying to get into college.”
But he said all clearly was not above-board.
“I think he has spent $1.5 to $2 million through attorneys to have all the college records and all that stuff sealed,” Bennett said. “So if you’re spending money to seal something, that’s probably where the hanky panky was going on.”
Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio also has formal investigation going on into the issue of Obama’s eligibility, and preliminary results have confirmed that the image of a birth document posted online by the White House is not real.
Path to conclusion
Klayman’s path to the conclusion that no one really can know wasn’t complicated.
He noted that the Hawaii State Registrar Alvin Onaka “failed” to provide verification to Bennett of Obama’s birth information.
“He did, however, verify that ‘the information in the copy of the Certificate of Live Birth for Mr. Obama that you attached with your request matches the original record in our files.’
“Mr. Onaka undeniably failed to verify that the image posted at whitehouse.gov ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record…’”
But Klayman explained the state law requires Onaka to furnish “in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified.”
Klayman explained that leaves Onaka no option and “the only legal reason for Onaka to not verify those facts is if he can’t legally do so. Since he verified that those claims are on the record in the DOH files, the record itself must not have ‘probative value.’
“The only legal reason for not verifying that the posted long-form ‘is a true and accurate representation of the original record in [the DOH] files’ is if it is not. There is no other plausible explanation,” Klayman said.
WND contacted Bauer’s firm, Perkins Coie, for a comment, but there was no response on the holiday today.
Altered
But Klayman said the only Hawaii statute allowing birth certificates “to be non-legally binding” is the law regarding “late” or “altered” certificates, which states, “The probative value of a ‘late’ or ‘altered’ certificate shall be determined by the judicial or administrative body or official before whom the certificate is offered as evidence.”
“Unless and until Mr. Obama’s original birth record, on file with the Department of Health in Hawaii, is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative body or official, it cannot legally be considered to have probative value. In other words … it cannot stand alone without further corroboration, as required by an ‘administrative body or official,” Klayman wrote.
Klayman’s conclusion is that “no one can state with any legal certainty that candidate Obama is even old enough to be president, much less that he meets the exclusively high bar of ‘natural-born citizen’ status, required by Article II, Section I, Clause 5.”
He noted at this point “No one can legally swear that Mr. Obama is constitutionally eligible to be president; and because the DNC bylaws require the Democratic presidential candidate to be constitutionally eligible, there is also, therefore, no party official who can legally swear that Mr. Obama is the ‘legally qualified candidate’ of the Democratic Party, under its own bylaws.”
Perjury
For a party official to do so “would be to perjure him or herself,” he wrote.
Klayman told Bauer that in 2008 the Hawaii Democratic Party “removed the standard language heretofore employed certifying the ‘constitutional eligibility’ of candidates Obama and Biden.”
“In other words, the state party most keenly aware of Mr. Obama’s existing records would not (and did not) certify their constitutional eligibility,” he said. However, at the same time, “then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi, did certify their constitutional eligibility [to present] to election officials in Hawaii, while removing that same standard language [when it was] presented in at least some (if not all) of the remaining states.”
Klayman, whose high-profile legal career has included lawsuits against OPEC, Cuban interests, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hugo Chavez, told WND the letter puts Democrats on notice that certifying Obama’s eligibility without having the actual knowledge opens them up to a liability for making false statements.
2008 documents
WND reported early in Obama’s term on the issue of the 2008 certifications.
A commentator at Canada Free Press first exposed the Democratic National Committee used two separate forms to affirm Obama’s constitutional eligibility to be president and then said Democrats failed to certify their candidate’s eligibility in 49 of the 50 states.
“In most states,” Williams wrote, “it appears that the DNC never certified constitutional eligibility for Barack Hussein Obama, despite their many claims of proper vetting and certification, all of which we now know to be false.”
He had released copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Obama as their nominee for president, one that contains language affirming his constitutional eligibility and filed in Hawaii (where state law requires the specific language) and another omitting the language and filed in the remaining 49 states.
The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden, then-candidate for vice president, “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”

Recently, they have produced a report that is both scientific and technological in regards Barack Obama’s birth certificate that has been uploaded to WhiteHouse.gov.
Mr. Hanukoglu is not just some reporter or some “birther” as many have been identified as. Instead he is an award-winning researcher, a professor of biochemistry and molecular biology in the Department of Molecular Biology at Ariel University Center of Samaria in Ariel, Israel.

The website conducted an independent analysis and also cites others who came to the same conclusions that they did: The birth certificate is a fake.
They even invite those interested to use the Foxit Reader version 4.3.1 software to examine the PDF file that the White House posted and they provide the information so that any person on the planet could examine for themselves the claims of those who have already looked into the matter. According to Jerome Corsi, “the Israel Science and Technology website examined the PDF file posted by the White House April 27, 2011, and found that the last digit of the birth certificate’s number, 61 10841, disappears under 800-percent magnification.”
“Many …examples can be discovered by examining magnified document with full page view of the document,” the website says. “In brief, this simple analysis using just a viewing software reveals that the PDF document has been altered by a graphics software.”
The problem is not that there is no evidence that the document is a fake. The problem is that elected representatives on both sides of the aisle don’t care whether America has a sleeper in the White House or not. The question we should ask ourselves is “Why don’t they care?”
