Did you happen to read the comments on that article? Ms. Coulter didn't do her self any favors in respect to the people posting on that site.

Obama could post video footage of himself dancing the tango from his mothers womb, rose in his mouth, with Jesus Christ as his partner, right on the Whitehouse lawn, filmed and directed by Ronald Reagan, and there would still be those that argue his citizenship.

Most people (especially Liberals) think she is just nuts. That is why I'm a bit surprised that she isn't backing the birther's side.

This is absolutely NOT TRUE! I keep seeing this kind of garbage from the "mainstream" media all the time. It is their continuing sick bias.

First, there is a great deal of evidence that Barack Hussein Obama (BHO) was born in Kenya, including sworn statements from members of his own family. There is evidence his mother intended to fly to Hawaii a day or two before he was due, but the airline declined to fly a woman admittedly 8 months and 25 days pregnant.



There is also a real "birth certificate" - not a "certificate of Live Birth" (see below) - which was smuggled out of a Kenyan hospital before the Kenyan government cracked down on this issue.



I have personally viewed a 2004 video where Obama himself states, "Its true. I'm not American. I was born in Kenya." That must have been before he was aware of the Constitutional limitation to "natural born" citizens.



Second, Hawaii's governor (a former friend of BHO) has stated that he set out to get a copy of the "birth certificate" but was unable to find any Hawaii records beyond a "Certificate of Live Birth" (CLB) which is legally very different than an actual "dirth certificate" (BC).

An actual BC lists what are legally called "vital statistics," including not only the names of the parents and their respective "country of origin," but the name of the location where the child was born, the name of the delivering physician, or nurse or midwife, etc., and all of this must be "certified" by a licensed official (or the doctor, nurse, midwife) On the other hand, the CLB does not contain any certification that the information reported is true, and indeed CLBs are often changed. For example, when a paternity lawsuit establishes that the male identified by the biological mother as the biological father is contradicted by the DNA evidence (mama was fooling around with more than one guy).



What the Hawaii officials "certified" was a copy of the CLB - not a copy of the BC. Indeed, not only the current governor states he was unable to produce any Hawaii BC, but other former Hawaii officials have come forward to say there was no such BC in the 1960s.


What BHO has posted on the Internet is merely a CLB; it is absolutely not proof of his birthplace.

Below is a copy of a report written by an "investigator" whose name and position I cannot verify (and I'm not even supposed to have a copy of this) from an excellent source. You can use some of the information, but you cannot attribute it to me or any other known source. You can find some (possibility all) parts of it posted by those nutty "birthers":

Trump is correct, Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Obama, is hiding something in his past that is very bad - and it may not be his citizenship. (Trump would not say this if he did not know something and he has the money to get the dirt.)



As an IRS tax examiner, one of many former federal jobs, I have seen what it appears Barry Soetoro has done, mostly by illegal aliens attempting to acquire a new identity in the U.S and/or criminals looking to acquire a new ID.

Barry, a/k/a Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Indonesian Col. Lolo Soetoro, and Barry's name was legally changed to "Barry Soetoro" (Barry’s own admission). Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen (again Barry’s own admission.) The adoption would be noted in Barry's vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate.

Or, Lolo Soetoro may have always been Barry's legal birth father. The public does not know for sure at this point who Barry's father really was and Barry himself may not know. Barry was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia and attended a Catholic-funded school that permitted all faiths to attend.

Barry's mother dropped him as a dependent for some reason, maybe even when Barry was adopted by Lolo Soetoro. His mother's passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mother's. (The passport records of his mother have been produced, showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.) Barry went to Hawaii to live with his alleged grandparents after Lolo Soetoro and Barry's mother divorced.

A "certificate of live birth" can have names changed on it - including a child's birth name, and birth parent’s names. Even a modified date of birth can be on a "certificate of live birth." This occurs frequently for adopted children where the birth parents do not want the child to know who they are.



The public has no idea who Barry’s real birth father is or who Barry’s real birth mother is. (Barry could have been adopted by his mother.) The original birth certificate is the only legal vital statistics record of a person’s birth parents, birth location, birth date, etc. I can get a “certificate of live birth” for a dead person; I cannot get a "birth certificate" of a dead person without “Deceased” on it. (I’ve tried.)

There is no evidence Barry Soetoro ever lawfully changed his name to “Barrack Hussein Obama." There is no proof Barry Soetoro was born with the name "Barrack Hussein Obama." I’m willing to bet the name “Barrack Hussein Obama” is not present on the real birth certificate as either Barry’s birth name or as Barry’s birth father. I have pictures of me with my mother and Jimmy Buffet - that doesn't make him my father even if I start using the name Jimmy Buffet.

The public knows Barry Soetoro finished high school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and attended Occidental College as Barry Soetoro, where he did drugs and flunked out of school. After dropping out of Occidental, Barry showed up in New York, homeless and on drugs (Barry’s own admission). Barry then hooked up with a Pakistani to live with, and traveled back to Indonesia on his new boyfriend’s dime, to renew his Indonesian passport, and then traveled to Pakistan with him.

Ask any law enforcement officer or detective in a large city and they will tell you homeless young men on drugs in large cities usually end up as male prostitutes. Barry ended up as a world traveler with a degree. (Not likely.)

Barry Soetoro returned to New York from Pakistan and began using the fictitious name "Obama" for some reason (again, Barry Soetoro’s own admission). One could only suspect that a person addicted to drugs returning from Pakistan to New York, the main route for Afghan heroin into the U.S., maybe Barry had a reason to start using a new name. There are literally over 1 million open warrants on file in New York. Maybe Barry is one of them?

After spending some time in New York allegedly working under the name "Obama." it appears Barry used the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" for the first time to file his federal taxes in Connecticut at a post office box, for the purpose of evading paying taxes in New York and/or to establish a new identity. (This is a felony with no statute of limitations.)


When the IRS received Barry Soetoro’s federal tax filing, the IRS could not attach the name Barrack Hussein Obama to the Social Security number provided, or the address provided. So the IRS assigned the fictitious name "Barrack Hussein Obama" a new tax ID number (of a long-deceased person from Connecticut) where Barry unlawfully filed a federal tax form using a false name. Barry Soetoro then began using the new tax ID number as his SS number when using the fictitious name "Barrack Obama." This is why Barry Soetoro has a Connecticut SS number.



When I worked for the IRS, I saw this occur more than once and yes, it is a felony to knowingly file a fraudulent federal tax forms. Most of the politicians that cheat on their taxes claim it was an accident. That is how they get away with their tax cheat crimes. Using a fake name is no accident.

It appears Barry fled New York to Chicago using his new identity to get a job. He likely ordered a fake diploma to bolster his new identity as "Obama." Fake diplomas were very big in the 80's and diploma mills were even being used by federal workers to get promotions. There is evidence his alleged attendance at Columbia was faked (Barry never attended Columbia) and Barry lied his way into Harvard (he had no transcripts to get in).



Including, he was telling the Saudi royal family he was fighting in Afghanistan with the Muslim jihad against the Russians so they would help him get into a law school. The Saudis apparently loved Barry's story of jihad in Pakistan/Afghanistan and paid for Barry to attend Harvard under the name "Obama." The Saudi family has admitted to paying for Obama to attend Harvard and gave Harvard a gift of $20 million. Harvard in turn made their special attendee president of the Law Review, a person that never wrote a single law review. I guess that is what $20 million buys at Harvard.

It is unlikely Barry was a jihadist and was most likely was a drug mule if anything, maybe even a CIA street hire to haul Afghan heroin back to New York so the Afghans could buy U.S. made stinger missiles with U.S. dollars to shoot down Russian helicopters. I hired people overseas to do work below my pay grade all the time, even foreign nationals. I think this is the story Barry told the Saudis, but he was most likely really just a drug mule/dealer and probably is still wanted on an outstanding warrant in New York.



Barry’s selective service registration is not normal, either. After I looked at Barry’s selective service filing I noticed it was most likely fraudulent too, based on the name he used. Barry did not start using the name "Obama" until he returned from Pakistan (long after he flunked out of school in California). His Selective Service record (maintained in Chicago, coincidentally) shows he registered at a Hawaiian post office as "Obama" in September 1980. Problem" Barry was getting high in California at Occidental in September 1980 (Barry's own admission) and was not using the fictitious name "Obama" at that time. Barry began using the fictitious name "Obama" only after he returned from Pakistan. The Selective Service filing is fraudulent.

Barry returned to Chicago and attend a semi-Christian radical black church with his first female love, Michelle. Barry admits keeping in touch with Phil Boener, who traveled to New York from Occidental to be with Barry and was most likely Barry's first love.

Barry still could not get a real job, because he was still a fraud, even with his Harvard degree in hand he could lie and take the Bar exam, but he could not work as a lawyer for a major law firm without a background investigation and he would never pass one. So, Michelle got Barry a job at her law firm. Barry never filed a case alone and never filed a motion. He wrote lots of memos, according to the law firm where Barry worked. (I think they know Barry is a fraud and don't want to be sued by previous clients.) Barry rescinded his law licenses, so as not to be disbarred for fraud. The Bar knows Barry lied on his application. Michelle also had to turn over her law license for her involvement in corruption with the Chicago mayor's office.

With time on his hands, Barry, a well spoken black man, was able to get elected to a state office, oddly because he looked for fraud in his opponent's voter registrations and got his opponent disqualified from running. Barry, a well versed liar, was a natural in state politics. He used his political influence to get himself a position as a lecturer at Chicago's law school. Barry embellished this position as a "professor of law" which everyone knows is completely false. Barry was not a professor, or even a specialist, at anything but lying.

On a whim, Barry ran for the United States Senate for the state of Illinois. Politicians do this all the time to make a name for themselves even if they can't win. At the time, the Republican Ryan was a shoo-in for the Senate seat, so no real Democrat contenders entered the race, but Barry did. On a fluke after the primary, Ryan's wife, Jeri Ryan ("Seven of Nine" from Star Trek) went public that her husband was making her have sex with other people while he watched. Ryan dropped out and Alan Keys moved from Maryland to run against Barry Soetoro.

The election got all kinds of press because there were no blacks in the U.S. Senate and one of these black men was going to be a senator. Alan Keys did his best to warn everyone Barry was not who he claimed to be, but the public saw him as a carpetbagger. Barry kept the lie going and presented himself as a clean black man that talked like a white man. Illinois elected Barry to the U.S. Senate. The Democrats had already began scrubbing Barry's background when Ryan dropped out.

Phil, Barry's boyfriend from Occidental, was found working in California as a communications specialist (receptionist) for a dental hygienist's school and given a diploma from Columbia and a cover story. The rest of Barry's drug friends were all given jobs or money by the Democratic machine to keep quiet.

Because Barry was such a newsmaker as the only black in the Senate, and he could speak like a white man he was made the key speaker for the Democratic convention. Barry then decided to run for president to keep the lie going. No one thought to question Barry's background in the Democratic party. They helped cover up the ugly background. The only person jumping up and down warning Barry was not who he claimed to be was Alan Keys, and he was discarded as just an angry loser.

Now we have a complete fraud sitting in the Office of the President. Clearly the most corrupt, inexperienced and ignorant president in the history of the United States whose only quality is that he can lie with a straight face.

Barry Soetoro is as much of a fraud as Bernie Madoff - and his house of cards will soon fall down.

But as WND reported, that hasn't stopped Slom from asking other people a simple question: "You've got to have [a birth certificate to present], why don't we require that of the president?" Though Slom had previously refused the label of "birther," he told Jeff Katz of WXKS Radio in Boston, "Why would anybody, let alone the president, spend all this money, all this time, all this effort, not to disclose the information? And of course, we can come up with several different possibilities, but as Donald Trump and others have said, gee, it would be so much simpler if he just disclosed it and we move on." I am amazed and amused that this continues to be a story, that is why I continue to post the articles as they appear. There is no denying that the new birth certificate that was released has layers. There also are defects on the document that are visible to the naked eye. I don't know why those layers or defects are there or if this is something that was done on purpose or not. I just know that it just adds fuel to the fire and generates more articles that I will continue to post, as long as they continue to be generated. It's nice to have all the stories in one place that makes them easily accessible. This all has been a moot point with me from the beginning because his mother IS an American, that is why I believe he is one too, no matter where he was born.

Why are his college records at Columbia and Occidental sealed, and what do they contain? Did Obama travel to Pakistan on a foreign passport? These questions and many others have not been properly answered.

I want to believe that Obama is an American citizen with no questions about it. If it is proven that he isn't, that will undermine our whole election system and will make our nation more of a laughing stock to the World than it is now. "In practice, a hospital where a birth occurs assumes the responsibility for reporting it," they noted. "Since more than 95% of all birth occur in hospitals, this is the usual procedure." Here is the critical paragraph: A nurse or clerk in the hospital fills in the certificate form and gets the mother to sign it. Then the attending physician enters certain medical data and affixes his signature. Finally the hospital sends the completed certificate to the local registrar. Then, if any question arose, the registrar asked the hospital about it, rather than contacting the doctor directly, even though the legal responsibility for reporting remained with the physician. When the local registrar was satisfied the birth certificate was complete, the registrar-general filed it by placing the filing date on the birth certificate and assigning it a number. The date was recorded by an ink stamp that manually adjusted the date in the format month-day-year. The certificate number appears to be applied with a Bates numbering stamp that advanced automatically by one number each time the stamp was used. Bennett's and Tokuyama's description of this procedure shows that birth certificates were numbered upon acceptance by the registrar-general, and there was no provision that would allow an accepted birth certificate to be put in a pile for three days before a number was stamped on it.

The exact timeline is crucial because if Soetoro adopted Obama at age 5 or younger, then Obama would automatically have become an Indonesian citizen according to the country's laws in the 1960s. Indonesian law at the time stipulated any child age 5 or younger adopted by an Indonesian father was immediately granted Indonesian citizenship upon completion of the adoption process. Lolo Soetoro could have adopted Obama in Hawaii, although such an adoption would not have necessarily been recognized by Indonesia. Indonesian law at the time also did not recognize dual citizenship, meaning if Obama became Indonesian, the country would no longer recognize his U.S. citizenship. But U.S. law would still recognize Obama as an American citizen. If Obama had Indonesian citizenship for a period, it may not necessarily have changed his U.S. citizenship status, but it could raise loyalty concerns. If an adoption occurred, it could have affected the birth certificate. In the U.S., when an adoption takes place, a birth certificate generated at birth is replaced by a birth certificate that references the adoptive parents as the parents. Bennett's article explained the Hawaii policy in 1955 in an article titled "Vital Records in Hawaii." On Page 128, under the sub-heading "Confidential Nature," was the explanation: "Despite the very wide use of vital records, a high degree of confidentiality is maintained with regard to them. The files are not open to public inspection; applicants for certified copies must show a legitimate right to them; and statistics produced from the records never identify individuals. In the case of legitimations and adoptions, where new certifications are made out, the old ones are sealed in envelopes that can be opened only upon court order." Obama's American mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, left the islands for the Seattle only weeks after Barack Obama was born and divorced Obama Sr. several years later. Returning to Hawaii after Obama Sr. had left the islands, Dunham married Soetoro in 1965, and after failing to obtain government permission for him to live in the U.S., moved with her son to Indonesia in October 1967. With an Aug. 4, 1961, birthdate, it's possible Virginia Sunahara's birth registration was filed as late as Aug. 11, 1961 – the same day the Nordyke twins' birth certificates were filed by Kapi'olani hospital with the Hawaii Department of Health local registrar and registrar general. Susan Nordyke, the twin born first, received birth certificate number 10637; Gretchen Nordyke, the second, received number 10638. Barack Obama's birth certificate was issued the number 10641, even though it was registered three days before the Nordykes' certificates. However, if the birth certificate number 10641 was first assigned to Virginia Sunahara, the apparent conflict could be explained. Is it possible that if Obama's birth records were forged, the perpetrator used Virginia Sunahara's birth certificate number, knowing the girl was long dead and the family was unlikely to know or complain? Virginia Sunahara was initially buried Sept. 28, 1961, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, also known as the Punchbowl, at 2177 Puowaina Drive in Honolulu, in Section U Site 966-F. Her father died March 26, 1968, and Virginia was disinterred and re-buried alongside her father's cremated remains at Mililani Memorial Park in Waipahu in October 1968.

I would like to believe that Obama is telling the truth about his birth certificate,I really would. When I see stuff like this, I just don't know what to believe anymore. If it's not real, then how many other lies are we being told? If you haven't seen this, it will raise serious doubts as to whether he is telling the truth. I would like to be able to put this issue to rest but I just can't because things are not adding up or making sense.

Trump said his period of almost-complete silence on the issue following the release by the White House on April 27 of the image of a "Certificate of Live Birth" from the state of Hawaii was not because he was satisfied with the document. "I always said I wanted to know if it was real," Trump told Corsi. The image has been challenged by a number of experts in the field, and the original, of course, has yet to be seen, much less analyzed. The state of Hawaii said it inserted "safety paper" into a copy machine and copied onto the new paper the original image from its state records. However, state officials were unwilling to confirm to WND after the image was released that what was issued by the White House was, in fact, an accurate representation of their original records. During their conversation, Trump told Corsi his own computer expert told him at the release that it was a computer-generated document. That opinion has been repeated many times, and WND has reported on a few of the objections that have been raised by various experts: Ivan Zatkovich, of Tampa-based eComp Consultants, for example, analyzed the various layers in the PDF file released by the White House, and concluded: "The content clearly indicates that the document was knowingly and explicitly edited and modified before it was placed on the web." The image that was released, described by the White House as "proof positive" of Obama's Hawaiian birth: Image released by the White House April 27, 2011 Zatkovich, with 28 years experience in computer science and document management and for more than 10 years an expert witness providing testimony in federal court in both criminal and civil litigation, said the multiple PDF document layers are unusual. "When a paper document is scanned on a scanner and saved as a PDF file it normally contains only a single layer of graphical information. The PDF that appears on the White House website however, contains multiple layers of graphic information. Multiple layers usually appear in a document like this when it is being edited or modified in some fashion. "It is possible to take a single layer PDF and inadvertently create multiple layers, without changing the image in any fashion. But that does not appear to be the case here. The multiple layers in the PDF document are a result of changes made to the image," his report said. Among the various items that were separated into different layers include the main text, the mother's occupation, the dates accepted, the stamp and signature of the state registrar and the time stamp of the state registrar: The document is broken into layers. The background layer – with all of the additional layers removed – essentially has the text removed except some random portions of signatures and a white border where the text appears on other layers: The background, without layers of information added on top Also, the main layer of text reveals most of the wording on the document, with strange exceptions such as the first part of Stanley Ann Dunham Obama's signature. The main text layer has only "unham Obama." Likewise, "Kenya" is spelled "enya" and "Barack" is spelled Ba ack." The layer with the main parts of the text Secondly, Karl Denninger, the former of CEO of MCSNet, a Chicago networking and Internet company, said the presence of "kerning" in the text confirms manipulation. Denninger posted a series of reports online, including on YouTube, where he explains his concerns, which focus around the lettering as it appears on the document that reportedly is a photocopy on green "safety paper" of the original record in Hawaii He explains that the type on the birth document show evidence of "kerning," the squeezing of letters into a line so that they intrude into adjacent letter spaces. Kerning is routine since the advent of word processors and computers, but impossible with a typewriter. Denninger explains that in the image above, of the name of the hospital, the "a" and the "p" share vertical space on the line. "This process, of course, requires that you know what the next letter is. With a computer this is pretty easy, since the computer can retroactively go back and adjust, and it also can typeset the current letter with the knowledge of what the previous one was," he reported. "A typewriter, on the other hand, is a mechanical device. It does not know what the next letter is that you will type, nor does it know what the last letter was that you typed. It thus has a typeface that always leaves physical space between the boundary of each character." His full explanation is on video: "To refute this point you must come up with a typewriter that contains a flux capacitor and thus is capable of accurately predicting the future," he said. "This document has been assembled by somebody on a computer." He contends "there's only one way we're going to get the truth – a forensic document examiner is going to have to go look at the certificate and authenticate it. The real one – not a printout." Then there was a YouTube poster, who identified himself as orangegold1, and posted a video that claimed the White House either was ignorant in posting the document, or was submarined by someone inside the walls who wanted people to suspect the document. Perhaps most significant unresolved issues is that two weeks before Obama finally released his "long-form birth certificate," Hawaii's former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino – the one official who claimed to have examined Obama's original birth document – was interviewed by NBC News' national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff, who reported that Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was "half typed and half handwritten." However, the document released by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were "handwritten." What Fukino described is apparently a different document from what Obama released to the public. Among other questions that remain about the document: The objectivity of "experts" cited by the mainstream media to verify the birth certificate is suspect, including that of Fox News Channel's Jean-Claude Tremblay, who assured America they "should not be suspicious" of the document, but who, WND discovered, had heralded Obama's election victory in an online post. Obama's posted birth certificate contains the same anomalies as a well-known forgery that claimed he was born in Kenya, suggesting the anomalous markings came from the same source. "How could Obama's 'real' birth certificate share these unique characteristics with an obvious forgery?" asks Farah. "For the life of me, I can't figure out an answer other than they were created by the same person or persons." The birth certificate's reported delivering physician, Dr. David Sinclair, differs from previously published reports and even the myth-busting Snopes.com's original entry, which named Dr. Rodney T. West as the doctor of record. Obama's purported birth certificate contains over a dozen differences in form from the verified, Hawaii copy of the birth certificate issued to the Nordyke twins, born the next day at the same reported hospital. The local registrar listed in the Nordyke twins' birth certificate is notably different than the local registrar on the Obama birth certificate. Though Obama was born before the Nordyke twins, and though his birth was filed with the registrar three days before the twins' birth, Obama's purported birth certificate has a higher registration number. The age of Obama's father, as listed on the document, conflicts with previously discovered documents about Barack Obama Sr. There are no notations on the document indicating Obama's adoption by his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, as are often made – even replacing the name of the birth parents – when a child in the U.S. is adopted. In addition, the SmokingGun.com website notes several irregularities with the Obama birth certificate that do not appear on the Nordyke twin's birth certificates: In Box 3, "This Birth," there are two "Xs" above "Twin" and "Triplet" – why are these "Xs" here and what do they signify? What is the meaning of the smudges in the Obama birth certificate in the box containing the name of the attending physician? What is the significance of the numbers, seen vertically, on the right side of the Obama birth certificate? There are those Obama critics, too, who says that the document released by the White House, if authentic, actually proves Obama's ineligibility. They cite the indication that Barack Obama Sr. was listed as the father, but he never was a U.S. citizen. They contend those who wrote the requirement for presidents to be a "natural born citizen" disqualified dual citizens at birth, such as Obama. Obama Jr. himself even seemed to hold that position, suggesting in a resolution he co-sponsored to address Sen. John McCain's status as a "natural born Citizen" that the status requires "American citizen" parents. Listen to Corsi's account of the conversation with Trump: "I told him he needs to publicly say that the document in the vault, the original long-form birth certificate, needs to be exposed and examined independently," Corsi said. "The doctor's records, the Kapiolani records of Ann Dunham to corroborate she was in that hospital." "I told him if you don't press these issues you can't be surprised if there are those who think you're working with Barack Obama [on the dispute]," Corsi added. During much of April Trump made regular appearances on talk shows and news broadcasts, and almost every time either he or the interviewer raised questions about Obama's eligibility. At the same time, he regularly was in conversation with Corsi and others who helped Corsi investigate the Obama eligibility dispute about the evidence that exists. As a CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll demonstrated, by raising questions about Obama's eligibility repeatedly, going as far as suggesting Obama's tenure might be illegal, Trump rose in popularity among GOP voters. In that poll, 19 percent of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents said they'd likely support Trump for the 2012 GOP nomination. His support rose from only 10 percent just a month earlier. WND has reported on Trump's statements regarding Obama's eligibility: "There's something fishy about the whole thing," Trump has said of Obama's background, birth story and constant refusal to release a wide range of documents that would reveal information about his heritage and upbringing. Trump has also been skeptical regarding the oft-cited 1961 Honolulu newspaper notices. "I see so much fraud in this world, an ad like that could have been staged. I see so many fraudulent things going on that would be like the least of it," Trump said. He suggested it was incredible that no doctor, nurse or other person has come forward to recall the birth of such a famous person. Trump told Fox News host Bill O'Reilly the significance of the dispute isn't clear to many people. "If you are going to be the president of the United States you have to be born in the United States – and there is doubt [about Obama]," he said. "If he wasn't born in this country, it's one of the great scams."

"What the Obama administration released is a PDF image that they are trying to pass off as a Certificate of Live Birth Long Form printed on green security paper by the Hawaiian Health Department," Doug Vogt writes, "but this form is a created forgery." Vogt's criminal complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011, is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs, and the creation of this forgery of a public document constitutes a class B felony in Hawaii and multiple violations under U.S. Code section Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Sec.1028, and therefore an impeachable offense." When the Obama birth certificate "forgery" comes to the public's attention, Vogt continues, "It will surpass all previous scandals including the Watergate scandal of the Nixon administration." Since 1993, Vogt has owned Archive Index Systems Inc., in Bellevue, Wash., a company that sells a wide variety of document scanners worldwide and develops document imaging software. Before that, Vogt owned Nova Typesetting for 11 years. Curved and non-curved lines of type Vogt says that the curved surface on the left margin of the Obama birth certificate suggests the county employee who did the original scanning of the document did not take the individual page out of the binder. "The result is that all the pages in that book display a parallax distorted image of the lines and type," he says. He claims, however, that the information typed into the form does not curve like the printed text on the form itself. As seen in Figure 1 below, the word "Sex" on the printed form curves into the binder, while the typed word "Male" does not, Vogt argues. Vogt observes that the word "Sex" printed on the form slants more to the left than the typed-in word "Male" below it. He claims to have found another parallax problem in line 6c, "Name of Hospital or Institution." The word "Name" printed on the form and the lines above and below drop down two pixels while the typed-in hospital name, "Kapiolani," does not, he says. "The conclusion you must come to is that the typed-in form was superimposed over an existing original Certificate of Live Birth form," Vogt writes. Vogt contends that the forger placed the typed-in text over the printed copy, creating a composite from a variety of original birth certificate forms. "In fact, since I found some of the form headings scanned in as binary and grayscale, the form itself is a composite but the person who created it did not flatten the image of the blank form and save it as one file before they started placing the typewriter text on the composite form," he says. "The individual(s) who perpetrated this forgery could not evidently find a blank form in the clerk's imaging database, so they were forced to clean up existing forms and overlay the typewriter type we see here." 'Halo' A "white-halo effect" around some of the printed and typed-in letters on the form convinced Vogt that the document was a forgery. If the birth certificate were a scan, as the White House maintained, it should have been a grayscale image in which no haloing effect would be visible, he reasons Vogt displays the figure below from the document released by the White House, demonstrating the white-halo effect: He then compares the above example to a grayscale scan in which there is no halo effect: The next image is a color scan in which there is no halo effect, with the green color of the security paper touching the edge of the type: The figure below is a black-and-white binary image: Vogt's argument is that a grayscale scan or a color image scan, as seen above, can be converted to a black-and-white binary image. However, the presence of grayscale and binary images on the same scan is a clear indication of document manipulation, he contends. "The important thing to remember is that you cannot have grayscale and binary on the same scan unless the image is a composite," Vogt argues. "This means that different components of the whole image are made up of smaller parts." What produced the white-halo effect? "We know that all the original Certificates of Live Birth were microfilmed because we can see the Nordyke certificate (below) was microfilmed," he explains. "Then, some time after 2004, the paper original copies, in post binder books, were scanned using a commercial document scanner with a flat bed, scanned as grayscale images." Vogt concludes that the forger was forced to convert the microfilmed images of original birth certificates to grayscale, as seen below, before the originals could be used to form a composite. "The problem was that there were still image values for the pixels around the placed type," Vogt observes, "so when he/she placed the type image over the background and instructed the program to bring the type "forward" it blanked out the background image, hence the haloing effect around the type." 'Another smoking gun' Finally, Vogt contends that the birth certificate released by the White House is loaded with binary and grayscale letters, "which is just another smoking gun that this form is a forgery." Some of the lines and some of the boxes on the White House birth certificate were scanned using grayscale, but only some of the form headings and some of the letters were grayscale, he said. Vogt produced the image below to illustrate his point: Vogt explains: You will notice the H and al in Hospital, and I in Institution. If and again the h and l in hospital were grayscale images, but the rest of the line is binary. The typewriter line below was scanned in as a binary image. I can also tell you for certainty that the form type was scanned in at a lower resolution (≤200 dpi). This is because of the size of the pixels on the letters were such that the openings on the a and s on the first line are not visible and filled in. This may also further indicate that forger took some of the type images from the microfilmed copies. As another example of grayscale and binary type on the same line, Vogt selected the name "BARACK" from the form's box "1a," as show below: "For some reason the 'R' is a grayscale image and the rest is binary," he writes. "That means the 'R' was originally on the form and the rest was not until it was added." Vogt asks why the forger would leave some grayscale images in the form and not just erase the whole form. He answer is that the forger needed to leave the grayscale images to re-establish the baseline of the type in order to place the superimposed binary type properly, in line with the other typing on the form. "This also told me that the forger was an experienced graphic artist," Vogt concludes. Another example was the birth certificate number itself, as seen below: "This is just another example of a cut and paste job," Vogt noted. "It also means we do not know what the real birth certificate number is, if there even is one." Vogt's verdict Vogt concludes that the Obama birth certificate document released by the White House on April 27 is an "outrageous and obvious" fraud. "You could truly call this a Frankenstein Certificate of Live Birth," he says in summary. "It is a logical conclusion," he says, "that since President Barack Obama felt it necessary to have a Certificate of Live Birth forged for himself then we must conclude that there is in fact no birth certificate in Hawaii and therefore he was not born inside the United States, as the Constitution requires, and he knew it and others also knew it but wanted him in office for whatever reason."

This isn't going to die is it? Even if the president publically stated that he was born in Africa he would still serve out his term or terms. Nothing would be done. I'm a rules guy, so if he wasn't born here, he shouldn't be President, but he IS and the only thing we can do now is vote him out in November. That's it.

He has done a lot to warrant being a one term president. I just hope the GOP can bring it in November, because if we get stuck with Palin as the other choice, Obama will be around for four more years.

I can file a complaint with the FBI that my pet duck is a communist. That doesn't mean they will give a rats ass.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth this week rejected a defense concern over procedure in the dispute, and Taitz told WND today the case has moved into discovery and she can issue subpoenas to those holding the documentation she is seeking. Get the New York Times best-seller "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President," by Jerome Corsi. WND previously has reported on the issue that Obama holds a Connecticut-based Social Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut. For those who never wondered about how Social Security Numbers are generated, the first three digits represent the state of the recipient's mailing address. In other words, if you live or work in Connecticut, for example, the first three digits of your SSN will correspond to the Connecticut code. The first three digits of Obama's SSN are 042. That code of 042 falls within the range of numbers for Connecticut, which according to the Social Security Administration has been 040 through 049. The national news media has been virtually silent on this potentially criminal fact. Indeed, when Fox News finally attempted to explain it, it broadcast false information and then scrubbed it from its website. When WND asked the White House about it, then–Press Secretary Robert Gibbs dodged the question. Taitz' case is against Social Security commissioner Michael Astrue and explains that because of the multitude of questions surrounding Obama's eligibility, his birth certificate and his other records, the Freedom of Information Act request was submitted. The Social Security Administration rejected it, and that decision was affirmed by a district court ruling that found the administrative procedures still had a course to run. But that now has been completed and the case is before Lamberth again. He ruled this week that FOIA actions "are exempt" from a local court "meet and confer" requirement and he gave Astrue 30 days to file "any dispositive motions." The federal government had argued that Taitz' process to subpoena individuals with access to the long-sought documentation was out of order, but the court ruling means it is within procedures. According to a report in the Post & Email online blog, Taitz reported, "We're now in discovery, so I can issue subpoenas." That is a level that no other case challenging Obama's eligibility or birth certificate ever has reached. She said she already has contacted the Hawaii Department of Health, which is custodian of Hawaiian records, about her requests, and she said another recipient very well could be the White House. She noted that White House Counsel Robert Bauer resigned that post just yesterday, and suggested Bauer might not have wanted to be deposed regarding questions about Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," a document presented to the nation as genuine when the White House released it on April 27. However, a multitude of experts have said it is a document assembled on computer and unlikely to be legitimate. Taitz suggested that Bauer's move back into private practiced may have been speeded by worries over the eligibility dispute. In fact, Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., and author of "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President," said he's convinced Bauer's move is because he fears the "Certificate of Live Birth" document would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation. Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation. "Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said. "When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud." He said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document for Obama had been forged and that the document was to be released. "The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining the vault logbook for months," Corsi explained. "Until just prior to February 24, no Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH." As WND has reported, there long have been concerns about the Social Security number. "There is obviously a case of fraud going on here," says Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels. "In 15 years of having a private investigator's license in Ohio, I've never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly." Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers? "Never," Daniels told Corsi. "It's against the law for a person to have a re-issued or second Social Security Number issued." Daniels said she is "staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama's use of this Social Security Number is fraudulent." "A person who wants to hide their true identity often picks up the Social Security Number of a deceased person, thinking that nobody would ever look into it," Daniels added. "I think it was sometime in the 1980s that Obama decided to hide who he really is." There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama ever lived in Connecticut. Nor is there any suggestion in Obama's autobiography, "Dreams from My Father," that he ever had a Connecticut address. Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited Connecticut during his high-school years. An affidavit filed by Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson specifies that as a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional law enforcement, "it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security Numbers can only be applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence." Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security Number when he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977. "I doubt this is President Obama's originally issued Social Security Number," she told WND. "Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security Number in Hawaii." The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu. USA Today reported the ice-cream shop still was in operation one year after Obama's inauguration. Just last month some 11 months after WND began publicizing Obama's Connecticut-based SSN, Bill O'Reilly of the Fox News Channel briefly addressed the issue while reading his viewer mail on the air. Unfortunately for O'Reilly, the news anchor falsely asserted the president's father lived in Connecticut. In his viewer email segment April 13, O'Reilly was asked: "What about Obama having a Connecticut Social Security Number? He never lived there." "His father lived in Connecticut for several years," O'Reilly claimed, adding that "babies sometimes get numbers based on addresses provided by their parents." In reality, there is no evidence Barack Obama Sr. ever lived in Connecticut. He left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya. Criminal complaint details birth-certificate 'forgery'
Document-imaging expert outlines his case in 22-page filing with FBI

The 22-page criminal complaint filed with the FBI by document-imaging expert Doug Vogt charges that individuals within the Hawaii Department of Health, Obama political operatives and an unidentified graphic artist worked in a multi-state conspiracy to create a fraudulent long-form birth certificate for Barack Obama. Vogt's complaint asserts: "I have irrefutably proven that the Certificate of Live Birth that President Obama presented to the world on April 27, 2011 is a fraudulently created document put together using the Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator programs." The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to be President," autographed by author Jerome Corsi! He claims the long-form birth certificate the White House released April 27 as an electronic document in PDF format was forged from a composite of legitimate birth certificates obtained from the Hawaii DOH archives and manipulated to replace the original authentic information. As WND has previously reported, Obama's birth certificate number appears to be out of sequence with the birth certificate numbers given to twins born a day after Obama. Susan Nordyke, the first twin, was born at 2:12 p.m. Aug. 5, 1961, and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10637, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar on Aug. 11, 1961. Gretchen Nordyke was born at 2:17 p.m. and was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10638, which was also filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 11, 1961. Barack Obama was given certificate No. 151 – 61 – 10641, even though he was born Aug. 4, 1961, the day before the Nordyke twins, and his birth was registered with the Hawaii Department of Health registrar three days earlier, Aug. 8, 1961. "It is impossible to have Obama's certificate number to be four numbers higher than a certificate that came in three days later," Vogt concludes. Vogt's forensic examination of the birth certificate number on the White House-released long form concluded that the last "1" in the number "10641," as seen in the figure below, is a grayscale image, while the remaining numbers are not. This is, he says, "irrefutable proof that the certificate number is a composite of two numbers and hence a forgery." Vogt argues that a person or persons in the Hawaii DOH with access to the document-imaging program searched the database for someone close to the actual birth date of Obama and found someone born near Aug. 4, 1961. "Obama may have chosen the 4th of August because they had a baby who died close to his date of birth," he writes. "The clerk may have cross-referenced the death database to find someone who had died and had a birth date close to Obama's." Vogt speculated that someone may have taken the birth certificate number originally assigned an infant girl named Virginia Sunahara, born Aug. 4, 1961, at Wahiawa Hospital in Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii. As WND previously reported, Virginia Sunahara died Aug. 5, 1961, at Kapi'olani hospital, due to complications, the same day the Nordyke twins were born there Regarding Virginia Sunahara, Vogt made two assumptions: "The first would be that the Wahiawa Hospital would have filled the COLB (Certificate of Live Birth) form as customary and mailed it to the County Health Department and the Kapiolani Medical Center would have filled out the death certificate. The other less probable would be that her medical records were transferred to Kapiolani Hospital and they would produce the birth certificate and later the death certificate was later included in the group of birth certificates that contained the Nordyke twins." Vogt speculated that a forger took Virginia Sunahara's birth number as Obama's, knowing that she was long dead and not available to complain about identity theft. "We can conclude from this that more than one person was involved in the Hawaii Department of Health to assemble the different components that were used and also do the database searches to find the right certificates to create the fraudulent Certificate of Live Birth and finally someone who signed the fraudulent certificate," he writes. "I believe that after all the components were assembled they were then given to a graphic artist to actually assemble the whole thing and create the finished forgery. That graphic artist could be located anywhere. In short this was a multi-state conspiracy to defraud the United States." Date stamp irregularities In Boxes 20 and 22 on the Obama long-form birth certificate, the stamps recording the date the local registrar and registrar general accepted the birth certificate have two different colors on both lines where there should be no color at all. Also, the color differences are evident in Box 22, both in the printed text of the box and in the stamp recording the date that the local registrar accepted the birth certificate, Vogt says, as seen below: "What I think this is showing us is that the person who put this fraud together was looking for a form that had the right date, namely "August 8 19_1," Vogt writes, commenting on Box 22. "As you can see the only things that are printed in dark green (R=71, G=92, B=73) are 'Date A' and 'AUG -8 6.' The rest of the type is in black." Vogt believes this was a clear indication "that the forger was working in color mode and what they copied from had a color value for some reason unless they put a color value on it." The color differences are also evident in Box 20, the date the local registrar accepted the birth certificate, as seen below: "The 'AUG -8 196' is in dark green (R=87, G=111, B=87) and the '1' is in black," Vogt observes with regard to Box 20. "Yet again, another irrefutable proof this form is a forgery." Vogt additionally observes that the font size of the rubber stamp in Box 22 is larger than the stamp used in Box 20. "This is unlikely because the same rubber stamp would have been used, at the same time, by the same registrar to stamp the dates in both places and sign the form in Box 21," he notes. "Since we have two size letters and numbers, this means these elements were taken from two separate forms that may have been years apart using different rubber stamps." The official seal is not part of the Obama birth certificate Vogt references the embossed seal on the short-form Certification of Live Birth posted by FactCheck.org to determine that the Hawaii DOH was using an electric embosser that applies ample pressure to leave a clearly visible embossment. The embossed seal on the FactCheck.org short-form COLB appeared about three inches from the bottom of the 11-inch paper, but hand seal embossers have only 1 ¾ inch or less clearance for a 2 ¼ inch seal from the edge of the paper. The figure below shows the embossed seal on the Obama short-form COLB posted by FactCheck.org: Vogt notes that even on the Nordyke twins' birth certificates, as seen below, the embossed seal was evident, even though the image was inverted to white-on-black from the original microfilm image: The figure below shows that the embossed seal on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House is visible only because a color filter was used to see it, otherwise it disappears in the design of the security paper: The figure below shows a close-up of the seal on the Obama long-form birth certificate under color filter: The figure below shows that the embossed seal on the Obama long-form document disappears into the hash-marked background when the document is viewed normally, without color filters: "The official seal on the Obama birth certificate released by the White House on April 27 is a second or even third generation image from another form," Vogt concludes. "The seal embossing did not distort the lines or type on the form and it most likely was never part of his certificate. Yet another indication this Certificate of Live Birth is an obvious forgery." Forged state registrar stamp? Vogt concludes the state registrar's stamp certifying the Obama April 27 birth certificate is itself a forgery. He examined a legitimate stamp placed on a long-form birth certificate copy issued by the Hawaii DOH on March 15, 2011. As seen below, the stamp, with a likeness of the signature of State Registrar Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D., is placed to the bottom right of the certificate, with the date stamp to the left: Note, that since hand stamps are used on the document issued March 15, 2011, the date stamp and the state registrar's stamp are not on a straight line. Instead, the state registrar's stamp is skewed up on the right. As seen below, the registrar's stamp applied to Obama's April 27 birth certificate has an error in the word "THE" that reads instead "TXE." The error did not show up on the stamp used one month earlier. Also note that on the Obama birth certificate, the whole stamp is straight on the form, as seen by the red underline. Vogt concludes that a graphic artist placed the state registrar's stamp on the Obama birth certificate "to look as straight as possible." The problem, he stressed was that "no hand stamped notice like this would be placed that perfect on the page." As seen below, the "A" in Alvin appears to have a smiley face drawn in, an effect accomplished by puting an "E" in the loop of the "A" in Alvin: Regarding the smiley face in the "A" of "Alvin," Vogt concludes: "We have to assume that either the artifact was already on the security image the forger used, and forgot to erase it, or it was placed there deliberately for some reason that we don't know yet."
