Maybe it's time for BobadooFunk to get on Extreme Makeover. Perhaps he would be more appealing with an updated hairstyle and longer length skirt (I would suggest a style "just above the knees" to draw attention to his face and camoflouge his thin legs), jewelrey in leiu of the scarf and a colorful blouse or sweater.

I agree with the extreme makeover, but I'd go higher with the skirt- anything that takes the attention off that face would do the public a service. I also found a nice tee-shirt he can wear while shopping at Wallyworld...
