At least they did not trash a real yellow 88 GT. The cars held up really well. They both were able to drive off after all the abuse. We drive tough little cars!

ok car was given props, they called it a SUPER CAR. but where is my fiero only 15 years old? and i never knew my fiero was so heavy since they say it weighs over 1 ton. my fiero sure as hell doesnt weigh 2k pounds. and why does the fiero need nitrous to go 50-60 mph?
------------------ DONE: 86gt 5 speed 4.9 complete rebuild with buds outback northstar pistons , delta cams E303 cam , full ported , polished , stronger head springs, and flow tested heads and manifolds. rockcrawl's custom chip , polished crank . too much to list

Better read you wehicle weight sticker again ! 2600 + some for v6 and fastbacks
just came back inside. weight sticker is showing 1927lbs on my 86gt fast back 5 speed
That sticker doesn't tell you what the weight of the CAR is, it tells you the maxium payload the car can safely handle. My dodge dakota's sticker said 5200lbs. And it weighs around 3500.

I was just informed about what they did to the Fiero's. I am a huge mythbusters fan, but after this i dunno. Any other POS car would have worked fine with some weight added in the right spots. But a unicorn car such as the Fiero. WTF! BTW, i can easily reach 100+mph with my 3.1...

i could have done the same with the old v6 my car had. and can do it even easier with the modded v8. but as many who watch the show know they seem to like to do things way overboard
