Hello I was wondering if someone had a coolent plumbing diagram for the 3800sc that incorporates the heater core and if it is better to use the fiero t stat housing or the 3800 housing

I don't have a diagram but here's a link that may help you. I like the Fiero t-stat housing because you can check or change the t-stat anytime without the use of tools and you can easily fill and bleed air from the cooling system.

Yes it has to be cut, rotated and tilted to clear the boost diaphragm valve and point in the correct position for the coolant and heater hose.
