Questioning the mental health of the President is pretty rich coming from you "Dr. dratts"...the "democratic socialist" that protest pickets passing trains in Coeur d'Alene.

The man is totally sane. Probably about as sane as someone that wealthy can ever conceivably be... in my opinion. The media that is left-leaning attempts to portray literally everything he does as some deranged psychopath.
Has he actually done anything crazy at this point? Or is everyone just concerned that the potential is there?
They did the same thing for Ronald Reagan, and he had fewer conflicts and military engagements than nearly any other modern president.
Trump is a real life cartoon character, the bugs bunny type. Super intelligent on the inside, dopey on the outside. Right now the imagination stuff he is negotiating is impressive. He pissed the right off when he said he was open to continuing DACA(which is just a program to extort illegal immigrants and doesn't provide a path to citizenship) but the conditions he's set would be worth it.
Democrats or Republicans. They're both evil. Has anyone suggested that they could just wait until the anthem finishes before kneeling?
^^^^ oh look that nugget, why don' you just add it to your sig.. socialist.. How about they stand and look and respect the flag or they can take a bat to the knees.. That fix the issue..

His mental state is just fine, He is having a ball, trolling the left and making them have melt downs daily.. Dry humor is lost on many, and totally lost on those on the left that he is playing like a fiddle..

I like some things from both conservatives and liberals. I also dislike some things from both. I was at one time a staunch conservative voting for Barry Goldwater and pinning a big button on my three year old daughter that said "if I were 21 I'd vote for Barry". I'm a lot more open minded now as to the pros and cons of each party although I see way less pros from each. I'm not optimistic about the future of either party. Point is I'm respectful of views other than my own because in some cases I've held the same views myself. Lately I've been ignoring the nasty attacks I get from a few here. According to CNN contributor and former NFL player Donté Stallworth, kneeling players have told him that they are protesting far more than just what Kaepernick et al claim is "systemic racism" in law enforcement. Their protests, the players told Stallworth, now include "housing discrimination" and the "gender pay gap."
But I'm sure someone who is not in the NFL protesting will continue to tell me how I'm wrong.
I'd like to thank the NFL for their part in the degradation of main stream media. It really couldn't have come at a better time for those like myself who are tired of the nonsense.

I'm pretty sure they are doing fine without me. Football above high school never had my attention. It was too much about the money, and not enough about the game.

Indiana line judge suspended 18 months for leaving game...
Indy Star
INDIANAPOLIS – Jim Saddler is sorry. That’s the first thing he wants you to know. Not sorry for being angry — he’s still pretty angry — but for the way he handled his anger when he saw a volleyball player kneeling during the national anthem. As an Indiana High School Athletic Association licensed official for more than two decades, he knows he has an obligation to honor his commitments.
It’s just like being in the military, the Air Force veteran said.
“In the Air Force, you have a duty, and you do it,” Saddler, a retired Presidential Flight Attendant on Air Force One, told IndyStar on Thursday. “The same with sporting events. I guess I went AWOL. I feel bad about it.”
But in the heat of the moment, the 67-year-old Carmel resident and Indiana Pacers usher couldn’t help himself. As a veteran and someone with many friends who lost their lives defending this country, he has little tolerance for people he thinks are disrespecting them or what they died for.
That’s why when he saw a North Central girls varsity volleyball player kneeling before an Oct. 9 match he was supposed to line judge, he couldn’t stay and do his duty.
He was barely able to contain his anger when he saw fans “sitting on their butts” during the national anthem, but once he saw the player on a knee, he had to leave.
Saddler calmly walked to the scorer’s bench, turned in his flag, then approached the North Central coach to inform him why he couldn’t stay.
As he was walking out, Saddler said, North Central assistant athletic director Andy Elkins shouted to him.
“You have a contract!” Saddler said Elkins hollered. Elkins then reminded Saddler that he was walking out on high school kids and that he had been paid $20 to line judge the game.
Saddler walked over to Elkins, handed him $20 and left.
He’s regretted it ever since.
“What they did just upset me so badly that I just could not stay there,” Saddler said.” (But) I know it’s her constitutional right to do what she wants to do. And it wasn’t fair to the other girls who were standing and respecting the flag. After I thought about it, you know, sometimes it takes you a little time to sit down and think about stuff and what you did. And after I thought about it, I would never ever do that again. I would never break a contract.”
Elkins could not be reached for comment, but North Central athletic director Paul Loggan, who has spoken with Elkins since the incident, confirmed Saddler’s story except for saying he did not know whether Elkins had raised his voice.
Loggan said Elkins told him that Saddler was “very professional” and that he did not lose his temper with any players, coaches or fans.
A few days later, Saddler received a letter from IHSAA Commissioner Bobby Cox informing him that his license had been revoked for the rest of this school year and until winter sports begin next year.
Cox confirmed the suspension with IndyStar but declined to comment further for this story.
Saddler, who also officiates softball and basketball, said the letter shocked him. He had expected to be reprimanded, maybe even suspended for a few games or until the end of year, but a year-and-a-half? That seemed excessive to him.
Saddler said that he’s never been in trouble with the IHSAA before and that as far as he knows, he’s a well-respected, well-liked official in Indiana.
Loggan confirmed as much.
“He’s a very well-respected official and man,” the North Central AD said. “He’s been a volleyball official here and a softball official here, and we’ve never had any issues with him.” Click to show
*Corrected.

Originally posted by 82-T/A [At Work]: I'm not going to read this whole thing (edit: as in, all 7 pages), but having worked in the NFL for almost a decade, I feel I have a bit more of a vested interest in this stuff than most people do.
I want to ensure I am clear with my thoughts on what I'm about to say.
I demand that players stand for the national anthem... if I am going to be a participant, as a fan, in the National Football League.
But put that aside for a minute. There has been a long-driven goal by the "extreme" side of the Democrat party, to destroy the NFL. We used to talk about this regularly at NFL meetings (without the owners), and it's well understood. So we're clear, we're talking about the far-left... the Communist / extremely Socialist side of the Democrat party. The ones where their views change on the direction of the wind, who are offended by everything.
The NFL exemplifies the stereotypes that they abhor about America: - Wealth / Capitalism - Patriotism - Machismo / Gender-Roles (Cheerleaders and Players) - Meritocracy
The alt-left has waged a war on the NFL for almost a decade now by exacerbating issues: - Domestic Violence (there is a smaller % domestic violence than society as a whole) - Brain Injuries (why focus on NFL? What about boxing? And who goes into the NFL thinking they're not going to get injured?) - Tax Exempt Status (Democrats have long fought (and won) to get rid of it.) - Federal Tax Benefits (0% interest bonds, etc)
... and now, the American flag. Ratings have been going down year-after-year as younger and younger parents are averse to allowing their children join football teams because it's too dangerous or it goes against their views as a "concerned citizen."
I would say that both Republicans AND Democrats were "trolled" here by the Alt-Left.
Let us not mistake for a minute, that Colin Kaepernick was an avowed Communist, and while switching off between Che Guevarra and Fidel Castro shirts during his press conferences, expressed his praise for Fidel.
Those of us who are raised in families that have appreciated the opportunities that our country has provided to us, have learned to respect the flag. The flag represents, to people like me, the founding fathers, the signing of the Constitution, and every relative that I have that has fought in the military.
I don't CARE honestly, what the flag means to other people... or if they don't think it's bad to kneel during the anthem. I don't care if someone says it's about free speech, and that they aren't trying to offend the military. I don't care. It OFFENDS me. I'm rarely offended.
If you take a **** on my door step, tell me it's about free speech and equality... don't be surprised when I'm offended because... well... you took a **** on my doorstep.
Democrats constantly do this stuff and we as Americans are expected to "roll our eyes" and just ignore it, and assume it'll go away. The reason why Donald Trump won the election is because people were tired of our politicians rolling their eyes for fear that they would offend. Trump calling out the NFL players kneeling is the VERY REASON why he was elected. He has become our voice for the rest of us who have been ignored for so many years.
I don't live in a trailer, I'm not a coal miner, and I'm not Joe the plumber. But I am an American, and I'm tired of Democrats slowly eroding away at what makes America great... our patriotism, our economic freedom, and being the most successful multi-cultural nation in the world... despite a history of the KKK, eugenics, and interment camps (all done by Democrats).
In the end though, the Democrats won... they did the SAME THING to the NFL that they did to NASA. They pit both sides against eachother, and now everyone hates the NFL, and there goes my NFL pension that I have... but who cares. I'd rather America win on her ideals, than me get that $1,000 a month when I retire.
Okay, so some deep Communists convinced Kaepernick to kneel, because it would cause unrest and bring down the NFL that they hate so much? Come on, man. The dude simply believes in his cause. There is no conspiracy to take down the NFL with some kneels.

Um, no. The Confederate flag was the flag for states' rights, which is what California is trying to assert, right now. There were a handful of slave owners. Slaves were VERY expensive, like $30,000, just to buy, let alone maintain, and were only of use on plantations. Most of the rest of the South didn't want slavery. They didn't want anyone on their land, either. When someone occupies your land, takes your goods and money, abuses your family, you fight. At least, you should. The Civil War never was about slavery, and certainly didn't end slavery. I purport that anyone on the public dole is effectively a slave. They have surrendered their thinking to their masters to decide what is best for them.
Certain people want to maintain slavery, and the slaves continue to support these people. Historically, one party was the party of slavery. Yet, certain people choose to support that party, because they feel that they'll get the entitlement that they feel they deserve.
If you watch, when these same people get a position of power, everything under and around them tends to fail. These people will then blame others, leave the area, and do this somewhere else, where they destroy that community.
I'm against slavery, if for no other reason than because I have to pay for it. We fought a civil war, and many white people died to defend our Flag. It was the American Flag, which certain people are now disrespecting along with the memory of those who died for that Flag.
I cannot support these divisive, anti-American people, nor whatever agenda they're knowingly or unwittingly pushing.
As for the statues, they are history. While using the excuse of sensational politics, they're erasing history. The only point of this is to repeat history. That's why history is not taught in the schools. The next step will be to further create a ”master race” or an upper class that denigrates the very people who are the pawns bringing about these changes. I don.t understand how they are so blind to the fact that they're bringing on the very thing they claim to be throwing off. But then, those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat it. None of these players has any idea of history.
The comment you're replying to is regarding the rebel flag and statues of traitors. Anti-American people, by definition.

I'm being serious here, and I'm not trying to purposely be mean to you. There's a very clear and concerted effort, both planned, and involuntarily through upbringing, to destroy American culture, so as to make it easier to change. I don't believe for a second that I can convince you, because everything you've been taught makes sense to you, and you simply do not see the concerted effort of change through the "conditioning" that happens in our schools... that happened to you growing up.
So please tell me if I should even bother wasting my time explaining it to you, or if I should just let it be.

Do I think the Russians have supported divisive groups to cause unrest in America? Yes. We see it with their internet traffic supporting Antifa, BLM, and President Trump (not speaking of any of the value of any of those three things, only speaking about the evidence that Russia has people pretending to be American all over the internet supporting those things in the past two years, and those things all being divisive). Can I say any of this is fact? No, but I've seen evidence that I believe.
Do I think there is a clear effort, all the way down to our education system, to destroy our culture so it will be easier to change? No. It may be hard to believe, but the liberalization of the education system isn't happening because of a concerted effort, it's happening because the majority of the folks that stay in academia are liberal. And when people of any belief are surrounded by others of similar beliefs, they become more extreme in those beliefs. We can see it on this very forum, which has seen many of the users become even more conservative than they were years prior.
Then it's a cycle of becoming more and more extreme, making the new normal the old extreme. That's what's going on. It isn't a concentrated effort, it's just how people behave over time.

All due respect, you might want to reword this. As it stands it is circular reasoning.

True to an extent that people feed off eachother, without other points of view they can be led easier. I have always believed what I believe, it is common sense and doesn't take like minds cheering it on to believe it. I have gotten more vocal because I see things becoming more serious.

Russian influence is really... really... not new. In fact, I'm even surprised that it's been made a big deal, since I think the only reason why anyone's talking about it is because it wasn't all simply one-sided (they normally support the Democrat party). After WW2 when Russia took over East Germany, the United States and Russia took part in a long-term "cold war," as you know. This "battle" if you will... was fought by propaganda across all continents. I'm certainly not trying to be condescending when I say this... but you can read some good books such as "Inside a Soviet Embassy" or one written by Philip Agee in the 1970s.
In any case, all through the 60s, 70s, 80s, and even 1990s... Russia fought hard to push Communism through much of Europe and South and Central America. Russia ALWAYS supported the Communist party... after all, the party existed entirely because of them. On the other hand, the United States would secretly support (financially), ANY political party that stood even a remote chance of winning against the communist party. Ideally that would be whatever was the equivalent to the Democracy party, but typically that meant supporting the Socialist party if it meant beating out the Communist party. This is all declassified and stuff you can easily read up on. Same thing in South America.
In any case... Russian influence, or influence from other countries is nothing new in our country, and like I said... it's only come to light simply because I think the party which normally benefits from it, was not on the receiving end this go-around.
The point I'm making here is that these influences are strong, and they are generationally inherent.
Half my family is from Argentina, and the other half is from Holland. I used to visit the Netherlands throughout my childhood growing up through the 80s and 90s... and all my cousins were staunch supporters of whatever nonsense propaganda that Russia sent out. Growing up, they would routinely tell me that Russia was better and would eventually take us over. It didn't matter who was president, whether it was Reagan through Bush sr. or Bill Clinton, they always had something negative to say and always followed it up with Russia being better. Crazy... but this is what it is.
You know, this isn't Alex Jones / World Nut Daily stuff... this is just the reality of the war we wage with these government / economic models. And much of the liberalism in our country is as a result of this influence from propaganda.
You talk about liberal professors... it's the radical inherent view that's put opun the citizenry to believe that what they're doing is for the greater good, and that people going into journalism, teaching, etc... are doing so BECAUSE they want to make a difference.
Unfortunately, that "difference" is impressed upon them by influence from the propaganda.
ANTIFA isn't new... they've been causing havoc in the United States for 30-40 years.... under the same name... same "dress code," etc... the media just never really bothered to focus on them before.

Todd... to put it simply, I know about more than you give me credit for.
The reason that I gave these most recent examples is because they are most recent, and they're going on right now.
You tend to do this a lot. You take something I say, draw out your own opinion, and then talk against that opinion. "I'm certainly not trying to be condescending when I say this... but you can read..." all about fallacies and how they're used.
I think what you don't give people enough credit for in general, is that they hold views that disagree with your own that weren't influenced by propaganda. There are people that use reason, logic, and open minds to reach the exact opposite of your beliefs. Read up on psychology and the study of human behavior and you will see this. The way we reason in general is flawed. We are influenced by biases that are formed throughout our entire lives, which does play into what conclusions they (and you and I) draw, but those biases aren't just from propaganda. Kaepernick didn't kneel because he was brainwashed or even incentivized by some communists. He kneeled because he believes that's the best thing to bring attention to an issue that's important to him. An issue that, even if it's divisive, is an important issue in our country. It didn't happen in a vacuum.
