You think they are leaving? Do you have any idea how expensive housing is in Seattle? If these people can get something for nothing then they won't go anywhere till they get it. They have already demanded that the "protesters" be free of any criminal charges. They demand redistribution of wealth, so IF the government caves in..... it will cost $$$$$$

I do think they are leaving, because I think the protestors will literally get everything they ask for. All of the crimes will be wiped clean, and many of them will immediately get put on public assistance. Local governments have no problem waiving requirements, rules, and even laws... when the politicians and leadership above them instruct them to do so. Which is part of my argument with MJ in the other thread. The worker always gets prosecuted, and the brains behind the operations never get blamed.

Ok, I get what you are saying, but my question is do your really think they are leaving? I don't think so. I think they for the most part will stay somewhere in Seattle. They will leave their trash behind, collect a benefit package from the government and stay in the State. Think about it, if they get what they want why would they move? They will make more demands and threaten more disruption rightwhere they are because it works. They aren't just going to get on a bus and go to Texas or any other State. Birds of a feather flock together, they have power in numbers and can't brake up the union they have. Worst case scenario is they do divide up and spread across America, then spread their hate and discontent like covid19.

So, I think "they" are already everywhere. These are the mentally deranged people and people from broken homes or children of weak families that have entrusted the Government to raise them. I think the ones who are right now in CHAZ will stay in Seattle, because as you say... why give up free chicken.
I think the Seattle taxpayer will pay for all of the trash clean-up and repairs to public structures, and they will happily do it because the constituency is only too happy to support. Of course, the city council will hide the fact that all this damage occurred as a result of their own inaction, but that's besides the point. For any buildings that are privately owned, the private owners will have to get the repairs done through insurance (if it'll even cover it) or they will have to pay for it out of pocket. For those businesses who can no longer afford to pay for these repairs, the city will continue to fine them for damages caused as a result of the city's own inaction (of course). Eventually, the place will get cleaned up and repaired... but I would not be surprised if most of the businesses leave and the place never fully recovers. Many of these buildings that are boarded up, the protestors have broken into and ransacked. In many cases, there are even apartments that have been vandalized and the people forced out of their own apartments with vagrants now living in them. None of this really makes the news, but there are plenty of videos on YouTube (though YouTube has been taking them down... for God-only knows what reason).
Beware of whats real and whats not though. One problem is people living in a fantasy world. Another problem is when society actually makes the fantasy real.
The world is going upside down. I Imagine it will continue to do so.. til money runs out.
Robespierre's head was parted from his body at the age of 36.
Young revolutionary terrorists come and young revolutionary terrorists go. Thermidor always arrives, and so it will also for Antifa and BLM and other Marxists.

Everybody knows the name George Floyd, but nobody knows Horace Anderson. He was one of two (and probably more) black lives that did not matter to the denizens of the Leftist Shangri La a.k.a. CHAZ/CHOP.
I guess it isn't over yet, more clashes with Police at the Federal Building last night. The Feds didn't let them have it like the Mayor and Governor did.

This doesn't seem to be trending, do you have any links? I'd assumed they'd already taken it.
