Plenty of evidence on Hillary. For just one, she had the server in her own house and used it almost exclusively. Against the law. Lied outright to Congress, on Benghazi for one. Purgery, also against the law.

Comey is the one who, (conveniently), invented the legal fiction that "intent" is somehow an estoppel to bringing an indictment against Clinton. It isn't.
The only thing wrong with the President's firing of Comey is the *timing*. He should have replaced him well within the first couple of weeks, however I suspect the challenges and Democrat obstruction he faced in trying to seat a full cabinet may have delayed that.
