"Minnesota Is in Open Rebellion Against the Federal Government” by Selwyn Duke
O’Reilly’s Comments:
quote
"It is really sanctuary states: California, Oregon, Washington State, Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, and many others.
It is in varying degrees, but Minnesota is in open rebellion against the federal government.
Governor [Tim] Walz and the mayor of the largest city, Jacob Frey, are basically saying, “Blank you, federal government — we are not going to obey immigration law in Minnesota.
Even though the law is on the books — a 1952 law, very clear that you are not to come into the United States without proper documentation — we in Minnesota are not going to obey the law, and we don’t care whether you like it or not.”
That is open rebellion. Not only are they not going to obey immigration law, they are going to protect illegal migrants who commit crimes in Minnesota. They do not turn them over to ICE, even when there is a court order to do so."
The National Democratic Party endorses this lawlessness, and of course, hard-left-wing zealots are supporting "war"...
I don't expect any MAGA supporter here to comment on this... but hey, maybe watch this video in secret and see how a lot of the rest of the world views this shooting.
LOL. That guy does not know anything about self defense or police procedures.
Here is an actual police officer discussing the incident.
BTW, your leftist compatriots contaminated the crime scene repeatedly during the investigation. Even if there was a prosecution, it will be a lot more difficult since your side ruined the evidence.
Nate the Lawyer presents the law and the facts. He was a cop for 10 years, an assistant DA, a defense attorney and a college professor teaching law.
One interesting fact that he pointed out is that Officer Ross did not walk in front of the SUV. Good pointed her SUV at him when she repositioned it. He did not place himself in front of the SUV.
In a twist of irony, Minnesota is demanding cooperation from the feds with the investigation. All of this happened because Minnesota refused to cooperate with ICE in the first place.
This is a federal matter so they can all pound sand.

OMG... obviously some of you have your own skewed idea of what actual "facts" are. The various videos of the incident all show ICE agent Ross walking in front of Good's vehicle, from her right to her left. There's nothing to debate here, it's so plain to see in all the videos. "Nate the Lawyer" must be legally blind... or simply a shill for ICE.
Lol Patrick what Facts have you provided that actualy matter fact is she would not be dead if she did not go there and try and stop ICE as she was a anti ice activist not some one who was in the wrong place at the wrong time she drove there with intent to stop ice and that got her killed

"Fact is"... you believe it's perfectly okay to execute someone who dares to protest the government. Fine, thanks for your input.
she was not protesting she parked across the road impeading traffic and ICE that is illegal no matter what and it is funny how you have progressively changed your narrative every time the facts come out

just a woman sitting in her SUV with her dog. to protester and that does not matter as she made bad choices and isr responsible for her bad choices just like everyone is

You are wrong. He was standing on the passenger side when she started backing up. She turned the vehicle and pointed it in his direction. Her vehicle starts perpendicular to the road and is at a 45 degree angle when she strikes him.

You can believe "Nate the Lawyer", or you can believe your own eyes. Your choice. Again, there's no point debating this... it's all been captured on video.

Alright, I wanted to investigate why "Nate the Lawyer" (and you) would've stated this, so I watched the following video again...

Okay, what he said wasn't totally wrong, but I disagree with his assessment. First, to state that ICE agent Ross "did not walk in front of the SUV" is incorrect. When he gets out of his own vehicle, he very clearly walks around the front of Good's vehicle, thus unnecessarily endangering himself (and dismissing what he'd been trained not to do). He proceeded to walk around the back of Good's vehicle, and then around to the front right area of Good's vehicle. It was at this time that Good was approached by several shouting ICE agents to her left, one of which was grabbing at her door handle while at the same time trying to reach inside her vehicle (which also goes against police training). Adding to the confusion was Good's wife yelling at her to "Drive baby, drive!" Good then tried to drive away, and obviously she had to turn to the right to get away from the pack of agents to her left. To imply that she was purposely trying to hit ICE agent Ross at this point is pure nonsense. He just happened to be in the way after he circled her vehicle... and yes, after she had backed up a bit in order to change her angle of escape. His own video shows Good then cranking the steering wheel hard to the right trying to avoid him (now on her left) as she moved forward.
Most of this was already covered in my post from the first page of this thread.
Another angle which clearly shows other vehicles driving past the front of the victim's car (this woman was not blocking the road), and which also show she was trying to get away from the ICE agents to her left. The agent that fired his gun had come around from the back of her vehicle to her right, and she was probably not even aware of him when she was trying to escape the agents to her left. The agent who fired his gun repeatedly, even after the car had gone past him, was obviously not "run over", and appeared in fine form after he executed this woman.

The video shows the vehicle starts perpendicular to the road, she backs up and turns the vehicle pointing it right at the officer. You can't even see him until she backs the vehicle up and points it towards him.
Your problem is that you are not seeing with your eyes. Your mind is already made up and the narrator just reinforces your bias. You can't even see that she pointed her vehicle in a different direction.
It wasn't that long ago that our resident Lunatic Leftoids here were screaming how a female protester deserved to die.
Oh really? I'm sure you can back that up with a direct quote or two. I (and others, I'm sure) would like to see this.
But now that you've mentioned this... back then, did you and rest of the MAGA zealots feel the same way about Ashli Babbitt as you now do about Renee Good... ie, she got what she deserved for being a protester?
Now this should be an interesting discussion, thanks for bringing it up!
