I've stated many times in this forum that I'm not politically motivated. I'm neither hardcore left nor right. Patrick, I quoted this part only for a reason. Some people in the US feel the same way, they see other countries taking "advantage" of our country by our long term allies and friends. And much like you politics is not high on my priorities. Thank you for the answer

Dan, I understand what you're saying... but what I find so very disconcerting, is that many of the American people are being 100% bamboozled by Donald Trump... a perpetual liar.* Even when it's demonstrated that what Trump has stated on a particular topic is a complete fabrication, they continue to believe whatever it was that he said. It's truly frightening to see how easily misled a large number of the population can be (whether they be Americans, Germans, whomever). If this deception only affected the US, then it would be none of my concern... but unfortunately the ramifications are being felt not only in Canada, but worldwide as well.

* A recent example... of being a flat-out shameless liar (or of being totally incompetent). Read about Trump's pardon of Changpeng Zhao. This is absolutely outrageous.
