Fox Corporation and Fox News reached a $787.5-million US settlement in a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems on Tuesday, averting a high-profile trial that would have put one of the world's top media companies in the crosshairs over its coverage of false vote-rigging claims in the 2020 U.S. election.
The stunning settlement emerged just as opening statements were supposed to begin before a jury, abruptly ending a case that had embarrassed Fox News over several months and raised the possibility that network founder Rupert Murdoch and stars such as Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity would have to testify publicly.
So we don't lose sight of reality, this does not mean that there wasn't massive voter fraud, it just means that Dominion wasn't directly responsible for it, and Fox News didn't want to deal with it.
Democrats drastically violated election laws in every single state they possibly could back in 2020. In all of the major swing states, Democrats worked their way into the state elections departments and... using COVID-19 as an excuse, wantonly violated state election laws in the name of equity, fairness, etc., by permitting the following:
- Mass mail-in voting: Sending out a ballot to literally everyone who was registered to vote, whether they asked for them or not. - Ballot harvesting: Allowing people to go door to door and collect ballots on behalf of the political party. - Ballot drop-boxes: Allowing anyone from anywhere to be able to deliver multiple ballots, without any verification. - Waiving registration deadlines: Miss the voting deadline? Send it two days later? It still counted. - Waiving signature verification: Significantly increases fraud and eliminates fraud detection. - Waiving Proof of Identity verification: Significantly increases fraud and eliminates fraud detection.
All of these things allowed rampant and mass voting violations. This is not my opinion, this is the opinion of multiple state Supreme Courts. I've gone through this whole thing before, and people say... "show me the proof, you have no proof!!!" so here it is... state Supreme Courts ruling that Democrats violated and illegally changed the state's election laws without the consent of the legislature. There have been some other recent court rulings (other states that violated election laws in favor of Democrats), but these are the only ones that I saved off hand. I can't remember the other more recent states where there were rulings... maybe North Carolina, and a few others...

Its been proven that social media suppressed things that would have gave people pause. Its been proven that documents leaked later turned out to be fake. Its even been proven that an arm of our government "persuaded" some social media platforms to "filter" some things. Censor, yes that's the word.

I think he took care of that all by himself. Am I a fanboy of Joe Biden? Absolutely not. He needs to be sitting in an easy chair somewhere, not running a country. Having said that... yes, I prefer Biden as president over Trump hands down. In my opinion (which I can appreciate no one cares about), Donald Trump is too unstable to be in a position of real power. I'm well aware of the deflection argument that "everyone is bad" when something bad happens. That doesn't negate the fact that in four swing states (there were more actually), where the election was swung by less than 12k votes in any one of them. It's been proven repeatedly that there was enough fraud to make a difference, but in our system of elections, you cannot overturn an election... you move forward with the results and then arrest the offenders. The problem is, most of these people are not considered offenders because they were technically allowed by the maligned rules, even though the Supreme Court struck then down after the fact.

Right now, "Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News" is the top story on CNN's news website, and just to the right, not quite so prominent but still at the top, "Don Lemon and CNN part ways".
On the main Fox News webpage, there's some small mention of Don Lemon, and I can't see anything about Tucker Carlson on the front page of Fox News. There's a "Media" option that goes to another page, and down near the bottom of that, the Tucker Carlson story, but when I tried to read it, I was denied access. I'm not blocked from reading any of the other reports on their Media page.
Now that we are ~2.5years into this stolen administration and all the stupidity and chaos that it has transpired because of it, anyone who really believes Biden won legally is an absolute fool!
