DoubleC4 does Corvette calipers to 12" rotors, but I don't believe I've seen available adapters for 88 Fiero calipers.

Sluppy123 was making brackets to adapt the 88 calipers to the front of the 85-87s...he also was making aluminum hubs so you could keep the weight down and not suffer the extra offset of adding the thickness of the Vette rotor on to the stock hubs.
