I am pleased to announce that I have been successful in replicating the original C&C T-Top Trim Caps or "Pillar Post Caps" These are the Left and Right termination ends for the "A" and "B" Pillars on T-Topped Fieros. This does not matter whether it is a "CBJ" or non CBJ coded car, the seals are the only difference in that. What a great way to start show season.
I have sold a half dozen sets now, and I have received a good response, and most of you have taken time out to send me a nice follow up email, which is very encouraging. I have been posting them randomly on eBay but a few of you may have seen this original thread:
In this thread I would like to include a pic and announcement to the PFF community on pricing.
For a set of painted, (86- 88 medium dark gray, 88 medium beechwood ) or primed only is $150 plus $12.00 shipping Priority Mail to the US
Lock Sets with proper sized stainless steel rivets are $70 for a pair ($35 each side) $5.00 shipping Priority Mail to the US
Here is a brief description:

Set of new reproduction Fiero T-Top End Caps, cast from brand new unused NOS C&C replacement parts. The look, feel, and texture are exactly how your Fiero would have looked after the T-Top conversion by Cars and Concepts or better known as "C&C". These End caps will fit the 1988 factory "CBJ" as well as the other years that were converted. The parts are cast from a hard black resin, that is just as durable as the originals. The pieces are then primed and painted with DuPont mixed paint from the original paint code. The finish side is then topped with a low gloss clear to give it the exact factory finish. Currently pictured is the "Medium Dark Gray" color from 1988, 1988's "Medium Beechwood" is also available, and will be painted per request and per order. Please note, that the interior of these cars have seen much body oil, cleaners, etc over their 20 plus years of service. While the colors are an exact match, chances are they will be slightly different from the faded, or darkened pillars or the older broken caps. The pictures actually show the color to be a little darker than they appear according to my monitor.
These pieces have been test fitted, and function perfectly, however keep in mind the age and current deterioration of your car. If your caps have been warped or broken, your pillars may need persuasion to line back up. They will stiffen up your T-Top Glass from rattling, and also keep them from leaking if your seals are still good. These are not made on a production line, and except for the paint, are done in a small shop during my spare time.
From now until Memorial Day, May 30th 2011 I will offer FREE SHIPPING TO THE US!
I accept PayPal but you can also mail a check (which I will have to hold) or Money Order. PM me for any questions, or orders. I thank you for your time and consideration.

Great work I myself do not have a t-top but this is a great addition as well as price for these. WHen I had my t-top about two years ago I could have used them for sure.
Just a bump to say the free shipping offer will expire this weekend. Also I'll be out of town from Saturday - Monday this weekend so I can't ship, however I'll have email at all times.
I don't have him clear coat the backs because I do not think it is necessary.
These look great. The problem with my original caps is stress cracking where the latch rod inserts into the cap and that tube would bust off. Is there some way to reinforce the strength of that receptacle by putting some sort of circular metal band? We must PM you to get your paypal address?
It seems most plastic parts would have ribs supporting that boss, I'm not sure why GM did not do that. I'm not familiar with the mounting location, but I would think there must be fitment issue if the ribs were present.

The mounting hole is larger than the plastic guide, however I am not sure a band would help the situation. I looked at molding a brass fitting in place of the plastic guide however these didnt work well at all, and was apparent would be too costly to attempt.
My email isn't posted because of the spam bots, however it is Camelhmpz at aol dot com (just replace at with @ and dot with .) Or simply PM me.
Thanks guys, Brent

Ok, I have some beechwood painted up, and I have also sent out one package today to Canada and the beechwood Canadian order will ship tomorrow. :-D
Pics:
The "Free Shipping Offer" is now over, thank you for all the orders, and kind emails since I began this.
Shipping is now typically $8.00 - $12.00 for US (Priority) and it appears that a typical Canadian shipping price is around $24.00 (International Priority). I will provide an accurate quote before hand. PayPal is preferred and I normally ship the next day. As always, just shoot me a PM or Email and I'll respond usually within the hour.
Till July 4th I'll do the free shipping again to pff members!
Have had a few questions lately about paint, I'll leave them unpainted if you'd like or depending on color I can see if I Can get them sprayed in another color other than gray and beechwood.

Just got around to finding this thread... The parts look great
Are the first pictures of the "Medium Dark Grey" or just the un-painted ones? I imagine the color there would look pretty nice with my 2-tone interior, which is light grey, and charcoal.
My '84 SE is missing its rear caps, and one of the front ones is broken, so these would be a massive improvement to the appearance of my interrior.

I will soon be taking delivery of an 88 Fiero GT with TTops and am very pleased to find a PFF member that can supply rare trim pieces to fellow Fiero TTop owners. Thank you for taking the time and effort to produce these essential parts that will permit our beloved Fiero's to maintain their outstanding original stock appearance for many more years to come. Please keep us posted of any new TTop replacement parts that may be in the development stages. Keep up the great work!

Got my gray set on saturday and installed them (they were shipped quickly, I might add). These caps are great quality and they fit perfectly. They look more stock than what I removed from my '87 GT. Great reproductions of very difficult to find parts, and when you do find'em, usually the cost is 2x or more the price of these. Your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Hey mptighe, I contacted Camel not too long ago. He is still making them, but on a paid order basis. He doesn't come check here often, you can email him through his profile or place an order at his website. http://camelhmpz.com/Fiero-Parts.php
