I believe I have found a source for brand new, replacement T-Top locks. These are keyed alike, chrome locks that will fit and function just like the originals. Is there any interest if the price is right, say around $40/pair (matching keys!) - just like they used to be??

Shipping to me: Usually about 10 days after order is placed Shipping to you: 2 day USPS Priority ($3.85 with signature confirmation) & FedEx overnight if you really got to have them "now" (priced accordingly) in the lower 48 states Next order: Within 30 days
NO PRE-PAYING PLEASE! I would rather put up the money out of my own pocket than take yours and face any unforseen delays. This way no one is out any cash (except me) until you actually order. That's about as fair as I can make it.

UPDATE: I installed the trial set in MsBeth's car tonight and they fit wonderfully! Due to the enormous popularity of these locks, I am going to take pre-orders. The initial order will still be a few weeks out as I build up the reserve cash (I'm tapped from traveling). PM or email me if you wish to pre-order.

If you ccan tell me how to get my pass side t-top off without the keys, i might be interested in a set, lol. Fortunately the last owner had the drivers side unlocked when they lost the keys. Otherwise I would just have a very expensive moon roof

You'll have to look at the way the cylinder is positioned. If you look at the base of the lock - where the mounting flange is - and can see a flat, recessed rectangular piece then you are in luck. This is the release clip for the spring loaded center cylinder. Press this rectangular clip in and the lock should pop right open. If you look into the T-top and only see the "T" shaped slider area (and/or cannot reach/see the other side of the lock cylinder) then you can either see a locksmith for a key, or think about drilling the center of the lock out if you are VERY careful.

Did the 10% rule apply to you too? Anytime I offer to reproduce or manufacture a part, and say 100 fiero folks tell me they'll buy, only 10 will actually buy.

I call it the "10% rule"
You are right on the money Doug. I have sold about 5 out of the 15 sets that were pre-ordered. Eventually they will sell - that I am sure of, but in the meantime I have tied up my cash on promises.
