The Bible says that only God knows the heart of a man (or a woman). But there are indicators that should give us an idea:

"Making it rain at a strip club" and a holier than thou art attitude are equal, and neither live up to what He expects of us.
From what I've observed, Tebow is the first person to deflect glory heaped upon himself and redirect it to whom that glory belongs. That is what a true Christian looks like, and an attitude that I'm still working to cultivate.
Saying, "Hey, guys, I'm a Christian." does not make it so. A repeated lesson in both the OT and the NT are about knowing the Truth and putting that Truth into action. If you are a Christian, you are an Ambassador of Christ (2 Corinthans 5:20), and your actions represent who you think He is. Christ Himself said that an awful lot of people who say that they are won't go where they think that they belong:
