I suggest maybe getting to know her folks, do they like you? Seeing what they are like and how they are with her can give you an idea where she is at. As far as if she is used to being spoiled, has abandonment issues, what she may be looking for, etc. Something to think about, but then again you can't read into it too much and if you think you see something you just act accordingly. Don't go and ask her if she has some issue, or if she hates her folks. Its hard to explain I guess.

19 is still relatively young. I guess this relationship stuff gets alot easier when you are a little older, maybe she is not looking seriously. Some people have to get out of school and in a career before they are serious about relationships.

Yep, it comes up occasionally on the news. I watch a lot of news programs and court tv shows. I cant remember details of the last one, but seems there was a group in an elementary school in Texas that was exposed doing exactly that. Im sure its not a daily thing in every school district.

Im begining to see that light. I have had someone else in my life for about the past 6 years and now that im single, everything seems to flow right along smoothly without someone elses feelings getting in the way. Now im definently getting married and having children one day, but at this rate, not for a long time.

I watched a few of my friends go thru some disastrous relationships. One had been married for over 20 years. She cheated on him with everyone she could.
After that she took him for all he had in the divorce. I think its such a shame as I cant see how she could have ended up with anything. Near the end of the marrage he was trying everything to save it, He bought her
a new car. and a very expencive bedroom set and remodeled the house. She ended up leaving him for a slob.
He had been running his own Body shop for 40 years and had to walk away from it because of the divorce. Its such a shame. The bad part is that she dosnt think that she has done anything wrong.

Look I did not read this whole thread ok. But I am a woman and it is my honest opinion that women are evil..........no joke they are evil manipulative horrible creatures. They will do any and everything to get their way. I am even guilty of this. But I am married so I am a bit past that I do not do evil things to my husband. But everyday I watch women do evil things to boyfriends, other womens husbands, other womens boyfriends and so on and so forth. Most of the time it boils down to them wanting a man they cant have or being so bored with their own lives they must mess up someone elses. Two things to watch out for is a woman scorned or a woman who is jealous of your happy relationship. Women are not mens friends for the most part.........they want something there is always a hidden agenda or motive. Women are evil and should rule the world. Thank you that is all lol.

It has alot to do with how the relationships begin, and for what reasons / motives. Don't let other peoples screw ups keep you from beginning. Just try and learn from their poor choices. Not trying to preach, just a comment on your post.

I am not saying it totally to berate women. For the most part its alot of man's fault. our society in a hole is to blame for the downfall of relationships. Granted alot of men have turned women into objects. but for that I see no benefit in getting married. Most
Women are undesirable to me because men have done there share at messing them up. However a woman does have the choice to say no. that is a matter of discretion

I think we woud all be better off if we waited untill we get married to even consider sex as an option. I have waited and will continue to do so. I have suffered no ill effects as a resoult and feel that I am a better person for the effort. It is far harder to abstain then to be a gluton. Even the dumbest of animals know how its to be done.

For me when I do finaly get married it will have far more meaning to me.

well 18....is....18 right I just said their legal, in some states its only 16....Ohio is one of them. Just for the record though, I pretty much set 20 -25 as my preference.
