I'm letting you know I aint asleep either, I'm watching you like a hot 20 year old collage coed working a strip club on a friday night trying to pay her way through collage.

Old Stoners Point-Of-View:

For years, People have been voting for who they thought was BEST for the job.
People have been wrong EVERYTIME. (with the exception of Lincoln, and MAYBE the First Kennedy)
I have ALWAYS voted for the underdog.
Becouse "The Best Man For The Job" always turned out to be just the opposite of that.
Now-a-days, I don't vote FOR someone, I vote AGAINEST someone else.

We need a change-up.
Who do I want running this country?

Someone NOT over 30. (the "Good Ole Boys" had thier shot)
Someone NOT white. (the "Good Ole Boys" had thier shot)
Someone NOT Male. (the "Good Ole Boys" had thier shot)
Someone NOT rich. (the "Good Ole Boys" had thier shot)

The "Young" would be heard.
The "Minority" would be heard.
The "Compassionate" would be heard.
The "Poor" would be heard.

What would we have to lose?
We tried "The Other Way".

Just a thought...................Of course, I DID inhale.
Everything.
"I'm not as think as you stoned i am."
Or am I?

Our Country.

"The Other Way" has yielded the most powerful country on the face of the earth.

I too have an opinion that I'd like to see some changes you spoke of also.

I sure can't agree with the 30 year old part though. Looking back when I was 30 and most of the 30 year olds I see today are just wise enough to make trouble then do something stupid about it. Also ain't there a age requirement for president.

I'd rather see this thread back on track.

If there's any truth to the original story there is a MAJOR problem running for our highest office.

No, if you look at the quotes, he wasn't talking to you.

If you're going to call somebody an intelligent idiot, you might want to get the spelling right.

Well ain't you the spelling bee I ment to mmisspell that. It was a pun.

I said "Lets see here.... Name calling Mmm.... The sign of an iteligent idiot!"

If you notice closely that statement I made above is a digression and was not directed toward a specific person. Sorry but I really don't like the name calling crap here. It usually clouds the points to be made and is usually uncalled for. But thanks for tootin' your horn at the buttercups.

Thats right 10 years well actually 9 driving without a license. From 1987 to 1996

The state of Maryland suspended my license for a failure to apper on a BS traffic ticket. They wanted me to come down town and be place "under arrest" and make another trial date.. I said well, looks like you will have to catch me first because I aint going to let you arrest me for a traffic citation.

Ya see back in the day PA sent out "photo cards" that you needed to sign and take to the DMV where they used it to create your drivers license, mine was stolen and the individual who took it changed my address to a post office box in another town. Mean while I had gotten a duplicate and the individual had used my license during a traffic stop and never paid the fine... so it was suspended in PA. When I got pulled over in MD (unknwn to me) it was suspended at the time. There was a mandatory court hearing (which I missed because I couldn't find the courthouse) and when I called for directions at 9:30 court had already adjourned for the day.

Mean time I went and corrected the problem with the duplicate and had the PA ticket thrown out (I proved I did not own the car nor had any knowledge of it) and my license restored, all this was prior to my MD scheduled appearence. I then had an accident in Bricktown NJ (an old fart ran a stop sign and entered a highway where I T-Boned him doing 50 MPH) and my license was fine but my insurance has been canceled due to the suspension. No biggie, the officer clearly know I was not a fault and there was no problem. I recieved 4k for that settlement and because I NEVER gave the other guys my insurance info (because at the time I was 22 and was driving a sports car (79 camero) and my premium was 1300 bucks a year) so it took them over a year to settle.

About 2 weeks later I got a notice that MD was suspending my license for "failure to apper", As I stated I was not going to allow them to arrest me unjustly..I'm not a criminal and did not want to be finger printed and have to post bail that I did not have at the time, so I said FU later!! 10 Years later they were a bit more amienable and all I had to do was send in 50 bucks to secure a court date and did not have to be "placed under arrest" and all that bullcrap.

The judge looked at my case and He asked me how I got arround, I replied VERY carefully. He just glaired at me and said well.. looks to me like this case dies of old age and dismissed it, It took 10 minutes. I had my license restored the following week and have not lost it NOR had any traffic violations since.. well cept for an expired emissions and inspection both are non point offenses.

Can ya dig?

I wondered about the spelling. I was thinking of using "write" instead of "right".

The statement appears to be directed at someone, the one who was name calling.

I don't believe in name calling either, but wouldn't worry about "Buttercup". Your statement was maybe less directed but more caustic. I try to avoid it altogether. Sorry if I slip, folks!
