The AAFO "plaque" party will be at Dr. Lazor's at 10:00 am, Sunday, April 17. Love it, we always have a plaque party at a dentist's house, drills and all. If any of you close by Fieromaniacs want to stop by. We will grab a little lunch about 12;00 or so.
See youn there, I hope!

Registration for this years event will be at the Cars and Coffee meet Saturday Morning. There will be no mail in registrations this year. I will need to know your T-Shirt requests tho, so you can either sound off here or PM 88 FieroForm (The originator of this thread) and he will update the first post with those who have requested the shirts and the size.
Registration will still be $30.00 and include the plaque and T-Shirt. Additional shirts will be 15 bucks each.
More to come!

$30 Per Person or per car? Do we send the payment to someone or just pay at the show? This will be my first year so not sure how this works, please excuse my ignorance. Thanks, Ben

The $30.00 is for one Fiero regristration and includes one T-Shirt. If you want extra T-Shirts they are $15.00 each. If you want to bring your wife or girlfriend there is not any additional charge. Just don't bring them both, lots of confussion for us older people. Pay at the Round-Up, we just need to know how many T-Shirts and the size(s) you want.

Sunday I drove the first leg of the AM cruise from the show and shine to Wimberley and I can report that everyone is in for a fantastic run. Lots of twists and turns and great scenery. Scott Anderson has come up with a first class drive!! We plan to lunch in Wimberley and spend some time visiting this quaint Hill Country town. They have an Artfest on that day with a judged art show as well as live music and antique cars around the town square. Lots of shops for the ladies. From there we go to the only bourbon distillery in the great state of Texas!! We get there by another great cruise route through the Hill Country. Can't say whether they give free samples but we might be able to sneak a taste. We end up by cruising back to Scott and Ellen Anderson's place at Canyon Lake for beer and burgers around the campfire. If there is consensus about Fast and Furious 5 on Friday evening, I'll do some investigation to see where it's playing. There is a multiplex 5 minutes from the hotel on 281 and it just might be playing there. Several places for margaritas before and after the movie minutes from the hotel. We local San Antonians will scout out the locales(and might even do some taste testing!!) so we can make suggestions for Friday PM. Just a reminder that we have a block of rooms under AAFO Roundup at the Microtel Airport until April 22 at $45/night. If you plan to stay there, get your room reserved ASAP. It is well located for all of our events and is a nice place at a reasonable price. We're working hard to make this the best Roundup yet so we better see everyone here!!
Posted in the Mall..Thinking of selling my 3800SC 88 Coupe... Most have seen it that will be at the show and it hasnt really changed since last year except several mods came off the motor...But looking to sell for $4900 if anyone is interested in it.....Look in Mall Thread for details and updated pictures soon....

We, AAFO, just got finished with the Round-UP XIV plaque party at Doc Lazors. These one at a time hand cut, hand filed, hand sanded, hand made wooden beauties are a drying right now. Each one of them are just a waiting for the chance to have YOUR Fiero's picture on them.
I hear FF5 is playing at a "in door" movie house close to the Hotel that the room blocks are at. I also heard that there was a Taco Cabanna close by which meens........MARGARITAS!!!!!!!!
I also heard the cruise route was a blast, with lunch and a side adventure to a crafts fair for a break in action and to make my wife happy! Dinner, I heard, will be at Scott and Ellen Anderson's lake retreat. The hamburgers, chips and drinks for dinner will be the AAFO's treat and our way of saying "Thank You" for attending.
So, to wrap up....Hope to see all of you guys and gals in San Antonio for ROUND-UP XIV!

I am sad to say that I will not be able to make it this year. I really wanted to be there - sounds like another great Round Up! We are in the middle of an SC swap for a young Army soldier and we need to get it done that weekend before he deploys! I hope everyone has a great time. Next year for sure!

A little more on dinner plans - We'll have choice of burger, smoked sausage, bratwurst, chicken or veggie burger on grill. Sides will be fruit salad, coleslaw, german potato salad and american potato salad. Also maragaritas. BYOB for beer and wine.

1 Week Away! North Texas continues to get the Lions share of the rain, every evening! Long term forecast does not show much change, so bring your canteens and coolers!

FAST AND FURIOUS 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7:05 PM---Regal Northwood 14(5 minutes from the Microtel Motel!) Followed by Fajitas and Margaritas at TC?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Who's interested??????? Let's get a tentative headcount to see who's interested and if this is a definite go, we can buy tickets on Fandango ahead of time. But only respond if you are sure to be there!! If you want a later show, the next one is at 10:10(movie is over 2 hours!) Maybe eats and "drinks" before, then some fast cars and women!!!! Whichever sharpens your tool!!! Let us hear from you ASAP!!

Not sure I can commit for 7pm. I'll play it by ear and buy at box office if we go.
