and the chassis is NOT ultra-lightweight. Infact im pretty sure it makes up a good chunk of that 2800lbs (give or take) that an 87GT weighs. Last i checked, 2800lbs is not lightweight for a car this size lol.. and i agree, my 2.8/5spd does not slam me back in my seat.

i have a RARE fiero... 1987 fiero mera #71 of 247 ever built. likely less than 100 left in existence. but hey who am i to say my car is rare. LOL

YOU GUYS HAVE A VERY RARE NIGHT. I LIKE HOW IT IS ME VS. "YOU GUYS" this all started from one of your guys in larkspur, co. he is the one he started the bashing, i was only attempting to defend myself...since these cars are not "rare" and are very common, i hope you guys enjoy being part of something so plain and boring, hey you said they are not rare, not me.
I believe our friend just doesn't get the point. The Fiero is VERY UNIQUE as far as production cars go. Unique as opposed to rare. Heck, with about 140,000 sold the first year alone, they could not be too rare. 4 wheel disc brakes, mid engine layout, room for a V8, great handling, plastic body that is totally removable ... that is exciting! Far from plain or boring. I for one, am glad the demand for Fieros does not exceed supply. I would not want to pay 50,000 for a car just to do an engine swap.
None of us were trying to slam Mr. Rare's car. We were making fun of his total BS in placing his ad.
Kind of wish he was not banned, the back-and-forth was entertaining.

I worry about any guy whom does not like pink. Even a little pink in the morning brightens my entire day, heck, just mentioning that I may get to see pink later in the day makes me do more than I would for a Klondike bar.
