Yes, the 90mm Hella modules are marked SAE/DOT compliant ... unless you go to the trouble and added expense to specifically buy the ECE (European) versions.
DOT compliance is all that most states require, but some states do have additional requirements. I don't know about the requirements in Pennsylvania. If in doubt, do some research first.
Be aware that it is possible (even easy) for the lights themselves to be DOT compliant, but the installation not to be compliant. A trivial example of this would be headlight aiming. If the headlights aren't aimed correctly, then the installation isn't DOT compliant. Other installations that are not DOT compliant would include headlights that are mounted too high or too low, or installations where the high beams are installed on the outside and the low beams on the inside.

Well I have the info for the CNC and material costs. The price for a set of buckets will be 120€ ($155). All 3 bucket sets will be the same price. The buckets are 2mm steel and zink coated, ready for painting in any color that you wish. No cutting or modifications are needed anywhere on your car to get them to fit!! There is no wiring harness needed for the rectangular buckets or for the blank buckets. The wiring harness for the twin rounds will be a separate item because several people have mentioned that they want to make the harness themselves. I will be offering 2 different harness'. One with 2 connectors for the Hella lamps with a 3 wire pigtail to solder to the Fiero harness and a harness with the 2 Hella lamp connectors and a plug for the normal H4 (3 pin) connector on the Fiero harness. The prices for the harness' is still open as I am in negotiations with the company that makes the connectors.
Production on the twin rounds and the blank buckets start next week. I am having 30 sets of the twin rounds and 10 sets of the blanks made first. The rectangular buckets (10 sets) will take about 2 weeks longer before they are ready. If everything works out as planned I should have them here and ready for shipping right before or just after Christmas.

i am a little confused, correct me if i'm wrong... the 'blank' will have no holes cut in it, correct? both the blank and the ones with holes precut will be $155? the wiring will be a separate unit, price to be determined, and we will then buy the lights ourselves? need a little explaination. not enough coffee today... ^_^
i am a little confused, correct me if i'm wrong... the 'blank' will have no holes cut in it, correct? Correct, for those who want to have their own unique head light configuration.
both the blank and the ones with holes precut will be $155? Correct, CNC work and materials are the same.
the wiring will be a separate unit, price to be determined, Correct, because several people want to do their own wiring.
and we will then buy the lights ourselves? Correct, the lights here in Germany are more expensive than in the states. I hope that helps.
