From my experience, it gets pretty darn cold in Palm Springs too.

I envision a large fire and crashing waves under a endlessly deep midnight blue sky with scattered specks of life. Wisps of flame revealing flickering smiles. Roaring surf and crackling snaps mixed with laughter on a steady breeze.

I think we've done the run two years in a row now, and it's been 70+ degrees each time.

If I remember correctly......I actually took my jacket off when Patti and I started hiking a bit down the trail. It got hot actually while hiking. Go figure. Ah, California!!! Where else can you go.........drive east a couple of hours you got snow go back west you got the beach. Doesn't get any better than that.

So what are we waiting for........let's set up a date and go for it!!!!

The only weekend we have free before the end of the year is the weekend of Dec 10. We'll be out of town every other weekend! Seems like we never just stay home and relax! haha

After the beginning of the year works for me, but I don't want to step on the toes of any other events people may be having.

No plans have been made for this year's desert run. We could do it back to San Simeon, instead. We typically do this the last weekend in January, or the first in February.

It's up to you guys. Personally, I liked Jess' idea of doing it slow and getting video this time. Of course, doing that and going to Gump's for lunch would probably put us back at the hotel after dark.

January or early February works for us. We're going to France in March so can't go that late. All of the women in my family have birthdays in January but a quick look at the calendar showed that the only one with a weekend birthday is Brianna and she would probably love to do it on her birthday if it came to that!

So the weekend of the 27th for the coast run redux? Im there but remember, it's Bri's birthday so everyone bring a present for her and I'll get a cake and champagne ( note to self...dont buy Bri any presents as the fiero folks will do that for me...remember to change names on gift tags to mine)...um...disregard that last thing.....

Done! I couldn't think of a better way to spend my birthday than ride'n up the coast with a few fellow Fiero fanatics! However...I'm not sure that my car will be ready to roll by then... so... I'd probably have to ride shotgun with someone...any takers?

Are we narrowing it to Jan 27?
Gonna have to really consider this video thing now

PLAY HARD-DIE FAST
Notchies look sexy racy kinda like the neighbors wife. Fastbacks are just sexy, kinda like your own wife. Like a lot of men I like getting in and making them both scream.

I'll be out of the country between January 18th to February 2th. If you do the run you all have a great time and be safe. Sure would like a copy of the videos taken during the run though.

I think jan 13th works for me. we'll see. I don't have my calendar with me.

but will make it. it'd have to be a big thing for me not to make it, since I live 30 minutes from either end.

For the life of me I can not remember the gentleman’s name that had the Green 38oo SC'd GT on the run. Being such, I have no E-mail address as well.

In our conversations, he was interested in obtaining a set of headers like those that I have installed, and I finally found the E-bay link that I saw a set were up for auction.

Anyhoo, if anybody out there knows the E-mail address / PFF ID, can you please forward him this thread so that he might be able to contact the seller of said headers?

Performance Solutions Headers Link

TIA.
