Yes i do, i got a new alternator today and installed it, it now runs at around 13 volts, but there are a few bugs i need help with. First of all the volt gauge i installed will periodically twitch all over the gauge, and when i park it after driving and i go to start it again it will sometimes lose all battery power, but after a while it comes back and starts, does anyone know what's causing this?

I am now having issues with overheating, the temperature gauge was maxed out while driving not far from home. When I got back I pulled the thermostat to find no coolant at the driver side rad hose. I also found a puddle under the front of the car and saw that my overfill tank was overflowing, does anyone know what's going on here?
You either over heated, boiled the water and the air pushed coolant out of the resovoir or there is a head gasket problem and you are getting engine compression pressure in the coolant system. That would also cause an air bubble and cause you to overheat. If you let it cool down for a day, start it and get pressure in your coolant hoses right away then you have a head gasket issue.

The first option seems right, would it be my water pump is shot or is it that the motor air locked?

If you think it's just an air bubble then fill it back up with water. I take the hose off the t-stat housing, connect a funnel to the hose, and slowly fill it until there is water coming out of the t-stat housing.
