This is going to be in reference to that piece of rubber that is below the front end that channels air into the radiator.....got me...okay. Now if you widened that piece of rubber so that it hung a little lower would it catch more air and force it into the radiator compartment and then out the hood vent.....which would cause more downforce on the fron end.....right? This would only be effective if you have a hood scoop/vent, which most of us do.

i remember pbj saying there was one from a grand am that was just a bit longer and installed about like stock. forgot the year though, haveta ask him.

I was just gonna go to menards and just get some thick plastic strip that is a few inches wider. Maybe twice as thick but I don't want it to hang too low. So the guys name is pbj? You know what thread it was in?

no, probaly a thread about his wife's (her86gt) car, but i don't remember the exact thread anymore.
