Apparently the White House now believes it has a 'right' to know the immunization status of all Americans.

HHS Secretary Becerra: 'Absolutely the government's business' to know which Americans haven't been vaccinated

The Secretary says: "To be clear: government has no database tracking who is vaccinated." Well, I can tell you that at least in Colorado and several other states they do. I was vaccinated in March. In May, the State of Colorado began holding a monthly lottery for $1 million a month for anyone vaccinated, as an incentive program. I was automatically entered. Interesting how that happens with a government that "has no database tracking who is vaccinated."

I don't care that the government knows I've been vaccinated; I care that it thinks it has a right to know that i've been vaccinated.

Ya I do find that unlikely.

How else are they going to know what door to knock on.

This how LEFTISTS talk.

They talk this way because they do not understand that the government does not give American citizens their rights and freedoms.

They talk this way because when they are reminded that the government does not give American citizens their rights and freedoms, they don't like that fact.

They talk this way because they are inextricably dedicated to the idea of a large, omnipotent, government in control of every facet of your life.

They talk this way because they firmly believe that they know what is best for you, and you don't.

We're waking up to the creeping sovietization of America, set in place by the same group of internationalists and funded by the same type of international bankster families that backed the Russian Revolution. The Schiffs. The Warberg types.

I heard a caller to Republic Broadcasting refer to this nation as Weimerica, a contraction of Weimar and America. Our values are rainbow colored, just like the Weimar Republic.

It is rediculous.
Basically saying "This is America so we have to talk in a way that makes people feel free". (for now, muhuhuhuhhaha)

Also common to throw up stats that are clearly not accurate (600k), due to all the inaccurate ways of measuring and agenda driven statistics stacking fail upon fail, with the objective simply to get a scary number to reference later.

"Get Vaxed or Get Axed."

I saw that as the banner or subject line for a news report about hospital workers being told that Covid vaccinations are a mandatory requirement for their continued employment.

Who are your favorite Covid celebrities? People who have become known to you through whatever media you peruse, entirely or almost entirely because of Covid?

Vin Gupta, #1. Peter Hotez, #2. After that, Kavita Patel. Just the first names that come to my mind. Fauci--"always a good decision" to borrow one of the Sam Adams brewery tag lines.

Not squarely on topic here, but maybe not too much of a stretch for a thread that is already connected to Covid.

"Tell me about it."

Rinse you seem to thoroughly enjoy big brother BS. Don't be surprised if others don't.

Because he is a LEFTIST.

As I said before: "(Leftists), are inextricably dedicated to the idea of a large, omnipotent, government in control of every facet of your life."

A Leftist's answer to any problem in life is invariably: government.

A Leftist's answer to any failure of government is invariably: more government.

It's also more than a little disturbing to see him refer to his "covid celebrities" as though it is entertainment, but then he is who and what he is and his Leftist detachment from objective reality is already well established.

So my browser won't show me the message right before this one, except for a few words at the very beginning of it. Not sure what to make of that. Maybe that particular forum member has been breathing too many fumes recently from Trump's buttcrack? Kind of like a Covid patient with their lungs connected to a malfunctioning "vent"..? That's the only thought about it that I have, based on the few words of that message that I am able to see. (Where is "cvxjet"..? Maybe he could fill me in on the 90 percent of that message that I cannot see.)

But I can see the message that came before that one.

I actually line up in concert with the thoughts that were expressed in the very first or "original" post from forum member OldGuyinaGT.

I am anything but "stoked" about the idea of trying to encourage more people to get Covid vaccinated by enticing them with material rewards like being entered into a cash rewards sweepstakes--especially when the government itself is involved. This circumstance, as described by OldGuyinaGT, strikes me as a misuse of the information that was collected when OldGuyinaGT was vaccinated. So I'm certainly open to any arguments that go in the same direction of thought that has been express here by OldGuyinaGT.

Now I pivot to my previous message in this thread, which I began with "Get Vaxed or Get Axed."

It's clever wordplay (I always like that) but it comes in the context of disputes (or potential disputes) between hospitals or other health care facilities that declare a mandatory Covid vaccination requirement for their employees, vs. employees that resist and do not want to be vaccinated as a condition of their continuing employment.

I come down on the side of the hospitals and other health care facilities that are adopting this ""Get Vaxed or Get Axed" policy. Even in the circumstance of these Covid vaccines, which have received Emergency Use Authorization but have not completed the entire process to become fully and formally FDA Approved.

This puts me on the same side as Ezekiel J. Emanuel or Dr "Zeke"--the two of us go way back . He's a physician, vice provost for global initiatives, and co-director of the Healthcare Transformation Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

This also puts me on the same side as Patricia Hong and Matthew Guido, who are researchers in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Don't believe me?

"Vaxxed or axed: To protect patients, every health care worker must be vaccinated"
Ezekiel J. Emanuel, Matthew Guido, and Patricia Hong for STAT; July 14, 2021.
https://www.statnews.com/20...are-vaccine-mandate/

I bet you didn't see that one coming.
