I'm not real sure what to think of these 2 'news' reports out of Lake Charles La. Appear to be legit news sources.
If true, then it's not just China that is under reporting cases to CDC

China has decided to change their methodology for determining new cases of Covid-19. There is an article on CNN about it and I will put the link below.

I had wondered what was going on since the new infections daily rate had changed drastically a couple of days ago. Now I know why. I don't know for sure if I believe their reasoning, but it does impact the perceptions of anyone trying to follow and track this disease. That makes three times they have changed the methodology now.
