Tony, that is crazy.

Now there is concern for the rise in people with this virus in Japan. Apparently there are several people suspected of having the virus. Some of whom are taxi drivers who have a lot of contact with many people due to the nature of their job. According to this report Japan did not respond quickly to the virus like most other countries did.

“This virus spread very, very fast. Not only China, not only Japan, but also many other countries cannot catch up with the speed of this virus,” Hitoshi Oshitani, a professor of virology at Tohoku University, told reporters in Tokyo. Oshitani also sits on the government panel tackling the virus. “Even if they implemented a travel ban to all of China, it was too late.”

It might be Captain Obvious, except you post so much childish bs that almost anyone could equally say the same thing.

That's the beauty I suppose, of being a conspiracy/dooms day 'soothsayer'.
Once in every 3rd odd numbered blue moon, everything aligns and simply by mathematical chance, they get something partially correct. Removing the wheat from the chaff tho, the pile of chaff exponentially dwarfs the meager cup full of wheat.

Actually, NO.

It's a NO because you don't really understand the reason why Congressman Cotton raised his question.

It's not even clear that you understand that he asked a question and didn't make a definitive statement.

His travel ban idea IS radical. Outrageous. It's almost...... common sense

The new figures for tonight on Covid-19 are less than 500 new cases world wide. That is an amazing drop in the per day numbers. Hopefully it holds true.

I figure he is trying to put pressure on China to let the CDC send people into Wuhan. His remarks are clearly speculative but do come from a very well earned distrust. It has already been proven that MERS was accidentally released from a Beijing lab several years ago.

Coming to a hospital near you!

I am NOT panicking. I am one of 440,000 people that live in this county. But, everyone knows someone at Sacred Heart.
