It is noteworthy though that there is proof that the elected Dumbs left our state to prevent voter choice because they did not like it, just as they did in Wisconsin.

Notice that JazzMan doesn't comment on the Democratic legislators hiding out in Illinois, only the FALSE accusations of violating open meeting laws. Typical liberal/Democrat. Can't be bothered with the facts, so just make up a bunch of bullshit, declare victory, and type "LOL" as if he won the debate.

It's not about "declaring victory", about winning or losing, Fierobear, it's about making some effort to be honest, to find truth, and to better understand all the things that are perceived so that one can make the most meaningful decisions possible. You seem to think you're in some kind of battle, some war, fighting for something with everything you've got, and you feel that anything is acceptable in pursuit of whatever victory you think you're chasing. A no-holds-barred fight to the death, metaphorically speaking.

The problem is, there isn't a fight, there isn't a battle, there isn't a war. Whatever it is you're struggling so hard against is entirely in your mind, not out here in the real world. What leaks out from that struggle are lies, distortions, and misinformation, personal attacks, utter misrepresentations of any truths or facts.

I don't understand why you lie so much, about everything. Honestly. I can't see what you hope to accomplish, what you think you will win if you perceive that your misinformation constructs are accepted as truth. Building on lies is like building a house of cards, it has no foundation of fact, no integrity of structural, no ability to withstand the winds of truth. The only person you deceive is yourself.

Perhaps that is who you are fighting, yourself.

Well, I TRIED to explain to you that you were mistaken about the republicans violating the open meeting laws.

I can see why you THOUGHT they did, because that is what the democrats accused republicans of doing, and what was HEAVILY reported by the liberal Wisconsin (and probably national) media.

When IN FACT the republicans had held THREE WEEKS of open meetings while the democrats ILLEGALLY stayed in Illinois.

So then the republicans voted on the bill, and the democrats tried to charge an open meeting violation on some technicality.

I TOLD you the Wisconsin Supreme Court rendered a verdict and that it was there was NO OPEN MEETING VIOLATION.

But in fairness to you, it may be that you didn't KNOW that part of it. Because THAT didn't fit the liberal media's definition of news to report incessantly during a 24 hour news cycle.

So I agree it isn't about winning and losing, and I never meant it that way.

But seriously, the lies, distortions, misinformation, and person attacks in Wisconsin ALL, and I mean ALL, have come from the democrats.

That isn't person biased opinion. That is what happened.

And you don't have to believe me. Look at the mob behavior outside the capitol. Look at the UW-Madison doctors who gave out "sick excuses" to protestors, so they could defraud their employers and get paid for protesting. Look at the threats on Walker AND HIS FAMILY.

Look at the lies being told by the people trying to get the petitions signed now.

It just goes on and on.

So if lies, distortions, misinformation, and personal attacks are what is bothering you, that is coming from the liberals, democrats, and socialists.

I guess you don't like that, for whatever reason. Well, that doesn't change what is happening in Wisconsin.

And regarding the unions, right now they have collective bargaining power taken away. But they STILL have the democrat representatives going to bat for them, AND they still have a union and a contract.

What the unions REALLY are upset about is that the republicans actually gave people A FREE CHOICE. It isn't AUTOMATIC that people HAVE to be in the union. They actually have what is valued in the U.S.: they get freedom to choose.

Are you against FREEDOM? Do you want it to be COMPULSORY that these people MUST be in the union?

You called Walker (or to that effect) a union BUSTER before. HE didn't "bust" the union. He made it OPTIONAL.

The PEOPLE, given the choice, are the "union busters". THEY are the ones that might choose not to be part of the union.

Let's see how the recall vote works. If WI voters are as simple-minded and easily swayed as seems to be portrayed then maybe the recall vote will be successful. Or, maybe Walker and his cronies can figure out a way to take away the vote of those who are inclined to vote against him in a recall election. Hmmm... interesting times ahead. Lots of guns bought on Black Friday, maybe folks will take to arms to put a stop to the recall election, eh?

So if the recall doesn't work, it will be because Walker and his "cronies" figured out a way to take the right to vote away from those who would vote against him? And you think those people (righties) who disagree with the idea of a recall vote are going to line up with guns to try and stop the vote? WOW.

Sorry to burst your imaginary bubble, but voter intimidation is a tactic only used recently by Black Panthers (lefties & all be it with clubs instead of guns) and it was then given the OK by our current liberal AG, BTW.

Of course, now you're lying because I didn't say what you put in the quote tags up there..

You must have learned that from your mama or papa, that I know for sure now. Do you know who your papa is? Does your mama?

Liberals can't accept defeat and/or that a majority don't want the crap they are pushing. So they invent all kinds of bullshit excuses why they lost. They CAN'T possibly have lost because people don't like them or their policies, oh no, it MUST be because the other side cheated, rigged the election, tampered with voting machines, intimidated voters or kept them from the polls, blah blah blah. They are nothing but a bunch of spoiled brats.

What, no cut and paste, ?
That would have earned a neg from me if you did not already have one. Heh, it my early days here, I loudly and often chided fogglethorpe for railing on you. Later, I discovered why he did, and though I did not agree, I understood.
Tell us why he can't go cry to his mama, or even to speak to her.
Heh, it does not surprise me that JazzMan did not have a neg from me but you do. Why do you have a neg from me you ask ?

This was done because he was the first one to go on the attack mode and start with the insults and ill treatment. He certainly is not the saint people try to paint him out to be. In my book he is a major a-hole. I will defend myself from any attacks on my person any way I see fit. I also treat others as they treat me. If one continually attacks me they should expect the same in return. As long as they continue to do so, so shall I. If they stop I will too.
He chose to start in with me, so I returned the favor. Anyone who chooses to be uncivil with me will receive the same treatment, so you can call be a douchebag, if you want, but don't be surprise if I call you one in return. You assumptions and accusation about me aren't right nor do you hold any moral higher ground for making them.
You may be crying a river because Jazzman got himself banned, I most definitely won't.

Oh **** ! JazzMan got banned? What caused it? Was it the comments about wishing people dead?

Geeze... honestly, it's probably for the best for that guy. He really gets too involved in the O/T. I don't know what it is, but he has a difficult time with his views, and understanding that others have views too. He takes it way too personally. It's a shame though because he's a really smart guy, and I know he's given back a lot in the Tech forum (something I've kind of abandoned for the past year). I think this will be the best for him though because sometimes we get too addicted to these forums, and at least now he'll have some cooling off time to focus on more productive things in his life.

I was pretty much thinking along the same lines. He was letting others " punch his buttons" and valuing what they thought way too much. I hate to see him gone, but it should cause him a great deal less stress. I've always thought there's no need to stick around where you're not wanted as it's a total waste of time and energy.

Union militants threaten Wisconsin teacher
http://paracom.paramountcom...6dbcac8&ei=sbFOfUTNW

quote
As you know, Wisconsin union bosses tried every tactic imaginable to protect Big Labor's monopoly bargaining power over Wisconsin government employees.

They shut down schools, bused in out-of-state agitators, and demanded their allies in the state legislature flee to Illinois to delay a vote.

Then the union bosses wasted millions of dollars -- of their own members' forced dues -- on a failed recall campaign to install a pro-forced unionism majority in the Wisconsin Senate.

Now, union hotheads are bombarding the Kenosha, Wisconsin, teacher with threats because she refuses to toe the union-boss line.

The onslaught of harassment and threats picked up after Lacroix exercised her First Amendment rights and appeared in a TV commercial supporting Governor Scott Walker, who signed the reforms into law.

Other disgraceful messages have threatened Lacroix's career. "Your best bet is to start a job search soon," one militant wrote.

Liberal politics as usual.
