Their is a difference and it is important to recognize the difference.
This is an important distinction... only because there is a narrative that is looking to be portrayed here. The Government wants to protect itself... e.g., the people in charge of the Government right now. They will say things to discredit those that are currently protesting against it. And trying to define or label someone in a negative context is the intent here.
As an American citizen on a Dutch Message Board discussing Canadian constitutional law... I don't know if vaccine mandates are constitutional or not. We now know that they are NOT constitutional in the United States, as officiated by the Supreme Court. That said, there are a lot of people all over the world who have strong feelings about being MANDATED to do things by the Government. In the United States, the Government is supposed to be at the will of the people, and within the confines of the Constitution.
It's OK to personally approve of the vaccines, and be against mandating them.
My opinion of the vaccines has gone WAAAAY down since having been vaccinated personally. But at no point would I have ever approved of a vaccine mandate. Matter of fact, had Trump implemented a vaccine mandate, I'd likely have refused the vaccine... but I took it because it was being offered to me, and it was my decision.
I'm an adult, not a child. The Government is not my parent, or my caretaker.

People here have posted in support of mandated vaccines, even experimental ones like the mRNA ones for an illness with a 99.85% survival rate. Then people pretend they aren't in favor of mandating them and pretend they don't support denying medical treatment to people with opposing views.
These people still support mandated injections in reality.
The confederate flag has been a redneck pride symbol for 50+ years, no matter what the left has tried to re-define it as the past 6 or 7.
The nazi flag is more than likely reactionary. The libs want to be offended, FINE, we will give them something to be offended about type thing. They want to label us as nazi's and terrorists ? OK, lets run with and really make them cry.
They're also used by Gov operatives to weaken a movement. And they give weak willed people an excuse to shrink down behind a computer screen and create an internet obstacle against a movement.

Fact is up here you usually find those types of flags either as part of a paint theme (IE; Dukes of Hazard, Lynyrd Skynyrd ect), tattooed for personal reasons, or hanging in a garage/man-cave. Maybe the odd "statement" bumper sticker.

The biggest obstacle to total takeover by Gov and corporations is the middle class, and particularly White people who make up the majority of the middle class.
A state of emergency like the one Donald Trump fell for here gave global governmentalists an anvil to drop on our heads.

The problem with this thread is there are some keyboard warriors who claim courage but, one has to wonder about those claims. Some (like MaryJane and others) have demonstrated their willingness to back up what they say. Those folks have earned my respect regardless of their position on the topic. Others, not so much. Not that they really care...

One problem is people don't even understand or see that they are doing this. Another (of many problems) is we are being divided, and its harder hand harder to find people who care to listen, and people who hear. It is easier to stand in a group and yell blindly. We are being divided into groups, when you group people together in separate groups they quickly revert to mob/tribal mentality. Hence the effort to group people together by various factors in effect creating tribes.

They havent given a crap about OUR rights for 2 years of Covid, and one hell of a lot longer for a big pile of other stuff so why should we give a crap about theirs ESCPECIALLY when they can simply go around or walk. Their "rights" aren't being trampled, they are being inconvenienced and thats all.

Besides, Ottawa is EXPENSIVE, and I know they got 10 mil to play with and all but they wont once Revenue Canada is done with that.
(On a little more serious note, they wont be doing much besides making a scene and drawing attention at ANY of the capitols. If we want to get the F-U message across, it needs to be done at the local level. Turn parliament and their "rules" into the irrelevant windbags they really are. Actually, I remember a while back when BLM was blocking roads and freeways, everyone was condemning them. I'm trying to understand the difference here...........

I was stuck on one of those blocked roads. They were burning things and painting everything, including vehicles trapped in the mess. If anyone argued with them they would have been pulled from their vehicle and beaten. (we have evidence of this happening.) I was lucky and able to drive down the grass on the side of the road to an access away from the mess. I had a local guy on a radio walking me through where to go. I was hauling explosive gas and should never have been anywhere near this mess, but the "peaceful protesters" decided to shut down I-80 in Iowa.
What were they protesting again? The narrative changed with the wind.
Now, find me a video of the Convoy pulling anyone from their vehicle and beating them. Please.
