All the reading I have done suggests this is the most aggressive pad available for pre 88 Fieros.

I am considering them, the question I would like opinions on is what rotors to use ? Standard or drilled slotted,

I have read the pros and cons.

What do you guys think?

Some say they squeal too ?

I have Porterfield RS4 pads on my Indy since I restored it.
I kept all other brake parts standard. Have put 10,000 miles on them.

The Porterfield pads work great, never fade, are quiet and low dusting.
Highly recommended.

I think they do. Do you plan to auto-cross/race or just drive normally on the street/highway?

My GT has 11.25" Lebaron rotors, Blazer M/C and Wagner Thermo Quiet brake pads.
Great braking! But a lot of work and $$ to make the switch.

I have RS4 pads on my Indy with stock hardware.
I haven't noticed any lack of braking compared to my GT (no "driving bad brakes car today" when switching cars...)
I certainly have never had the "running out of brake" feeling on a hard stop since I switched to Porterfield pads.

Maybe someone else can chime in.
Others are running Porterfield too.
