No. I am a high school drop out, circa 1976. For some reason I wanted to get GED, in 1993, even though I was banking big money. I took the "aptitude" test to get a GED, to see where I needed to start finishing my public school education requirements For a GED.
I did not even have to start. I was awarded a GED after the test.
