The letter from intelligence was correct. It was information that was supposed to be in the hands of Trump supporter for a year and he just brought it up before the election. It did have all the earmarks of Russian disinformation. Even after all these years they still have not produced any evidence from the laptop that Joe Biden took part in any corruption. It would have been unfortunate if the right wing propaganda had influenced the election.
And finally Robert Hur, was a LAWYER, appointed by DONALD TRUMP. determined that "the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt" and listed various potential defenses that could demonstrate that the documents could plausibly have been brought to these locations by mistake. And those potential defenses had NOTHING to do with Biden's memory or that fact that he was old and frail. It had to do with the fact that they could not determine who packed up the stuff that was sent to Biden's home and the fact that Biden made personal notes on classified information in diaries and on notecards that were not properly marked "classified".
In this case levin is doing exactly what he is accusing Biden of doing. He is ignoring what the experts say about the criminal charges and instead arguing that Biden should be indicted even if there is not enough evidence tp convict him. If an attorrney appointed by Trump said there was not enough evidence, I will believe him or Mr Propaganda Levin. He knows what Hur said but he is telling you complete lies. Levin knows that Hur said that the problems were with the evidence Biden instead of an "Imbecile defense".
And finally he turns the whole "The right is for states rights" argument on its head by saying the Supreme Court should violate its Constitutional Jurisdiction and overrule a state court decision just so a bunch of Trump appointees can hand him a victory. He is all about "states rights" until BIG GOVERNMENT is the only way to help Trump. The ultimate hypocrite. Jurisdiction in Bush v Gore was established through the election result deadline set by FEDERAL LAW. There is nothing like that here.
