Conservative means personal responsibility and individual freedom. Do not confuse the GOP with Conservatives as they are not the same thing.

Randye mentions attributes that define liberals and progressives. If you were to write a definition of "leftist", what would the characteristics be that differentiate them from the "right". Be honest Ronald, there are differences in beliefs between the two groups. Randye is debating the reasoning or the lack there of in these differences that actually exist.

The link that you posted was a story about how one of Trump’s Companies lost a lawsuit 50 years ago, based on the actions of one of his employees. Donald Trump was 27 years old and working for his father at the time.
Most informed people have been aware of this for many years. It seem that you are not aware of the facts. A lawsuit is not a criminal trial. It is this kind of basic misunderstanding that allows leftists to believe the things they are told.
Life is much easier when one has some basic knowledge of how the world really works.

Strange that you of all people ask this question. But I will answer it by simply saying that I see the World differently than you do. I am not a Republican "GOP" I am an independent and have been with no regrets sense the early 90s. I don't watch FOX (even though I believe that it is more neutral than most mainstream media) I do not and have not espoused talking points outside of my very own opinions. If it seems that others say the same thing, then that is just life. It's hard to have a truly unique opinion in a World of billions of people.

There are no credible examples of Trump racism in opin articles. An opinion is just that, an opinion NOT proof or evidence. AND I would go one step further and say that not even the democrats could provide evidence of Trump racism or they would have mentioned it in impeachment articles. Your own party can't prove it, not even in a sham impeachment process where actual proof and evidence isn't even required.

Yeah, if America was built on the backs of slaves, why are countries like Turkey and Brazil not enjoying the kind of economic success that the USA has? Here is the answer that some would like to ignore: FREEDOM.
It is freedom that has made the USA the greatest country the world has ever seen.
