Does anyone still make or maybe even have a spare 3 gauge trim piece for mounting aftermarket gauges there?

Not sure anymore. You could very easily copy the OG trim piece dimensions. Home Depot for some 1/4" aluminum stock for $7. Size the three gauges and hole saw. Drill for the four mounting holes. Paint to match.
