This has been a VERY long time since this question was asked but I will give it a try. I did leave factory rotors + caliper. The reason is that if I ever was in a collision and I had changed my brakes to something I saw on youtube, I might be held to some law by "DOT" and found to be at-fault and wind up in prison. I did want to change the brakes to a better system but I don't need it (other than looks).

I did have a close call last year and hammer the brakes I did LOCK UP ALL 4 and the smoke was all over the place.

I think you guys are doing a great job with the Fiero. Keeping it alive and I have NO complant about any Fiero I have seen. Keep up the good work.

That's the downside of having 4 decade old braking technology. 'Locking up all 4' actually increases your braking distance, and puts you Completely out of control.
