My Mera # 8011 was built on a loaded GT 6-speed with factory leather. I believe is it one of six 88's that were assembled on GT's instead of Formulas. The fifth number in the VIN is a G which denotes a GT.

I've been trying to get a clean copy of that from the individual in the MERA section who has the tape with no success
thats my bad.....yes i am the source of this vid for i know, John Henry. he tried to make me copys to give away to everyone that wantedone but he gave up after awhile. i do have a clean copy but no way to dub any maybe i can work on that here in the future after this massive shutdown at work. i have to be there 7 days a week@@12 hrs, till the end of OCT and beyond for a few weeks after that hopefully MO MONEY MO MONEY! I will soon be getting rid of this old XP computer for a newer one.......promise just cant promise when

I couldnt catch what city the plant was in other than Michigan and the outskirts of the Motor City. Caught it at the end Capac. Over buy Lapeer Interesting.

I can do it. I have a Neuros recorder that can plug inline to tape, disc or over the air and records to CF, SD or memory stick. How long is the video? PM me.

And as FYI the 87's were all based on GT's but they switched to the formulas in 88 since they had the same engine and upgraded suspension as the GT but at a much lower initial cost.
I would want a few sets of those mera specific rims, if anyone was paying attention, not all of them had the stock rims, but some very similar ones that were more "European" XD
it was on disk but then i uploaded it to MySpace to share then they (MySpace) changed everything and it wont post as a link and closed public access to my account....still trying to figure it all out. i hate "upgrades"

the more "European" style came on the 88's Mera only! to my knowledge, the stock wheels were available both years tho, i think the cool thing about this vid is the fact that some Mera had NO reverse lights when coupled with the Carello taillights.
